Appartement plein Sud en centre ville face au port de pêche de Granville, vue exceptionnelle, au 2eme étage sans ascenseur. Très clair, cet appartement dispose de 4 fenêtres sur le port ce qui donne une impression de tableau vivant où que vous soyez. La grande pièce centrale est séparable par porte coulissante ce qui permet de créer un espace nuit en plus de la chambre indépendant de la cuisine/salle à manger. Nous avons entièrement rénové cet appartement.
