Located just off a groomed snowmobile trail, this is a perfect home base for snowmobilers, ice fishermen and cross-country skiers in the winter time.

Yard is fully fenced; front yard has 4ft tall chainlink fencing enclosing 500sqft and backyard has 5ft tall chainlink fencing enclosing 4000sqft. The cottage is a 5 minute walk to the beach (Wanasing) and within fair driving distance to other local beaches.
