Gorgeous place, massive and great vibes !

One of the nicest airbnbs I’ve stayed at. Immaculately clean, really comfy and well-decorated, and very thoughtfully stocked for guests. The hosts were communicative, and finding my way to and around the space was a snap.

Great Airbnb- clean, modern, well thought out space! The host was always responsive and accommodating. They had also left us some amenities to make our stay more comfortable. And walking distance to everything worth checking out in the area. Overall, I had a very enjoyable stay and would stay here again!

This was truly one of the better living spaces you're going to find on Airbnb. It's one of those spots that you walk into and immediately think "yup this is great" and feel right at home. It's tucked out of the way and feels quite remote but is <6-7 minutes to places like Picaroons and <11m minutes to downtown. Easy access to uptown as well from the Princess Margaret. Super peaceful, woodsy feel to a really great backyard. Rob was a fantastic host, super friendly and responsive to anything we needed and stocked the kitchen/bathroom/apartment with absolutely everything you need. And you MUST get upstairs to meet Gus the pup - he's a super energetic, ultra friendly little dog and meeting him was genuinely a highlight of the trip. Definitely recommend this spot if you're looking for somewhere quiet away from the bustle and have a car to get around!

We had an amazing stay. The place is absolutely beautiful and you feel right at home

A lovely loft apartment with absolutely everything you need, from cooking, to relaxing, to comfy sleeping. Close to downtown, just a few minutes by car and 15min or so to walk. A quiet neighbourhood with great walking trails, cafes , art gallery and restaurants close by. Live music venues downtown and a great walking bridge across the St. John River. Oh yes! And a sweet and cosy book nook and private deck. This sweet bnb is perfect.

Wendy's flat on George Street was absolutely perfect! We loved being right in the heart of downtown Fredericton, just a short walk to the City Market. The space was incredibly clean, comfortable, and well renovated. Highly recommend!

Your entire house in the heart of Fredrickton in a nice and save neighborhood. This home is well equipped with anything you need. High end kitchen appliances in perfect working condition to prepared your meals. Beautiful artwork for a joyful environment. Restaurants, shops and attractions in walking distance. Super comfy mattress. Excellent hosts, very responsive and available generally within an hour. Maritimes bus terminus a short taxi ride. Car rider can find a parking spot across the street and Saint John is easily be reached in a little bit over an hour on the highway close by.

This was by far one of the nicer places we have stayed at. Clean, everything you could need and a beautiful atmosphere. Would definitely book again!!!

Myself and my wife from Dublin, Ireland along with our adult daughter living in Melbourne , Australia spent 3 nights in Rob's cottage beside a lake in Lakeville Corner, New Brunswick, Canada. The cottage and surrounding area were exactly as described by Rob in his listing and for us it was the perfect location as we availed of the 2 kayaks provided via the property frontage straight onto the water. We also availed of the 2 bikes which we used along with a further bike hired in Fredericton( an easy 30 min drive away from Rob's cottage)on that town's network of off-road cycletracks alongside and near the St John's River. We also took a car ride to Fundy National Park visiting Alma and several stop off points for hikes etc. Rob's communication was excellent in all respects. All in all we thoroughly enjoyed our stay and we would highly recommend Rob's cottage in all respects including in terms of location, cleanliness and facilties provided.

Perfect place, truly a home away from home with all the amenities! Caleb and Lily kindly accommodated an earlier check-in which was much appreciated. Although we had a car, downtown would be easily walkable on a nice day. Notable perks: shower water pressure and comfy bed :) Highly recommended!

This place was great and the scenery was beautiful. The hot tub was easy to use and the fire pit was well stocked. Did not get to take advantage of the lake but it was really peaceful and beautiful to wake up to in the morning. Would stay here again.

Great property in a beautiful location. The cottage is large and has everything needed for a relaxing vacation. The kitchen was great and easy to prepare meals for our group of six. Very quiet location. The rear yard is large and plenty of room for outside activities. The rear yard is right on the river and the dock makes it easy to put in the canoe. Great spot for canoeing and fishing. We had a great weekend and wouldn't hesitate to book again.

Was a great time. Perfect place to reconnect with family. Very private and quiet. The kayaks and paddle boards were an awesome addition. Marley was very quick to respond and react in anyway. Will hopefully return again.

Cozy backyard. We absolutely loved the back porch, our favorite place to hang out in the evening.
