Herve is very pleasant and always ready to help. Everything matches the description and even more. There are many additional options that are not described. Such as bicycles, a table for playing table tennis and so on. A magnificent view. Among the disadvantages - the chalet was clean, but apparently the cleaning was carried out after the last tenants and for some time the chalet was empty and the dust had settled. And so everything is great!!! Thanks again! For the first time I meet the owner, who in the absence of check-in on this day allows you to check out at any time and not at 10:00!!! 👏👏👏

Small but absolutely fine! The apartment is optimally laid out and stylishly furnished – modern, cozy and very thoughtful. We were particularly impressed by the clever storage options, which provide a surprising amount of space. Ideal for families: A baby chair and a travel bed are provided. The location is also great – quiet, but still central with everything close by. We felt completely comfortable and would be happy to come back!

The location is great and the views are really stunning. The accommodation is well laid out, The terrace allows us to make the most of the beautiful weather, and enjoy the view, Communication with Mélanie and Fabien is great, very available. We'll keep the phone number for a future visit to Lake Der.

Lovely house with good facilities

We had a great time at the cottage, an extended weekend with friends to enjoy the lake, nature and the city of Epinal easily accessible by bike. The accommodation is comfortable, warm, functional, clean and very well arranged. Perfect for reunions! Even though we couldn't meet Julie, our schedules crossed, the exchanges were smooth, friendly and welcoming. We would recommend this place without hesitation and hope to be back soon. The property was perfect for a weekend away with a large group. It was beautifully decorated, with great amenities and plenty of space for the 15 of us. Änni was the perfect host. She was knowledgeable, quick to answer any questions and was a hero when one of the guests cars had broken down. I can’t recommend staying here enough, we will definitely book again in summer!
