Maximum occupancy is 2 Adults or 1 Adult and one child. Fohle my facebook account : oasisatoberabeach This is an efficiency condo with king size bed, cable, Internet, kitchen & short walk to the beach. The condo is new renovated in 2018 (new furniture, new kitchen, new TV) State of the art equipment : cable LCD TV, PlayStation 4; Apple TV ; Microwave, coffee machine, refrigerator; water kettle, Brita water filter, Keurig coffee machine & Filter caffee machine, Amazon tv with Netflix; first aid kit, fire extinguisher Our condo is ground floor, only 20 ft to the swimming pool. In addition, you'll be able to watch the sun set across bell channel from the back door. You'll be able to make your own meals in our fully furnished kitchen, or go into Port Lucaya or Taino Resort as options for meals. Pool Access Shared Access to Laundry The condos at Obera Beach are in one of the most peaceful and serene settings in Freeport. You will enjoy the quietness of the area, or you'll be able to go to Port Lucaya for nightlife and activities only a 10 minute boat ride from the flamingo bay hotel, which is only two minutes away from the condo.

This newly renovated condo is located within a 5 minute walk to Coral beach, one of Grand Bahamas nicest beaches. There you can enjoy the sand, go for a swim or stop in at the restaurant for some local fish and a nice cold beverage. Allamanda court is also located within a 15-20 minute walk to Port Lucaya where you can find local shops, bars and restaurants. For those who enjoy golfing, The Reef golf course is close by. Million dollar view!! Spectacular ocean view with amazing sunsets! Watch the ships, sailboats and fishing boats pass by from the patio. The condo unit was very spacious, with a large patio just steps from the water. You cannot walk out directly onto a beach as it is a rock seawall in front of the condo. But there is a nice little cove with beach right next to the condo complex which is about a 1-2 minute walk. The unit is a little dated, but quite adequate for our 9 day stay. The bedrooms were spacious with en suite in both. The condo complex is beautiful and very well maintained. The other guests in the complex the we met were mostly snowbirds who were staying for an extended time. They mostly knew each other, helped take care of the complex grounds and very friendly. They even gather everyone together for happy hour on Thursday. Jeannie our host was very helpful and responsive before and during our stay. She provided a lot of information and recomendations. We really enjoyed our stay

Amy's place was fabulous! Four adults were hosting a retreat for 6 teenage girls. The space was perfect! Bedrooms with comfortable and clean bedding, home beautifully decorated with beach theme, easy. walk to beach, pool, and big open common spaces. Large table that was excellent for group lectures and group eating plus plenty of space to spread out. Amy is a very responsive host with easy checkin and checkout. Place felt very well lit and secure. Highly recommend and would definitely stay there again! Thank you for a wonderful stay.

Once again our stay at Magnifique was MAGNIFICENT. Our family enjoyed the stay and DeAndra was an excellent communicator. From our arrival at our local airport she reached and made sure that everything would be set for our arrival. After an exhausted delayed flight, we were welcomed to a clean home as usual. Now we’ve stayed here before and there have been some upgrades which made this visit even more special. We were worried about the energy billing but DeAndra told us the best way to avoid any overage & it was a breeze. The pool was amazing, the cleaner even came by for a just few leaves that had fallen in. With all that said, book away, I promise you won’t be disappointed.

This condo was exactly as described and more. The view was beautiful, just steps away from white sand beaches and turquoise waters. The house was impressively stocked with kitchen needs, toiletries, and more. She even had everything you might need to go to the beach. Katrina was more than responsive as a host. She was caring. When we had to leave early due to a health concern, she reached out to make sure we made it back to the states ok and to check on my husband the following day. I would recommend this home to anyone visiting Freeport. The condo is phenomenal and Katrina makes you feel more like family than a guest!
