Shop and bus stop 5 minutes away. Nice hiking opportunities in the area, and 20 min. walk down to the sea. Approx. 10 min drive by car to the city center. Cozy and modern apartment of 45m² with easy access to everything you need in your everyday life. It comes with its own parking space for the apartment, with the possibility of electric car charging (for a small fee, please contact us). The apartment has an excellent location on the 3rd floor and is experienced without disturbing insight or noise. We usually have a dog living with us, so dogs are welcome😊 There is only one double bed in the apartment, but we have a double air mattress available if needed, or a single mattress.

The cabin has four bedrooms, a cozy living room, modern kitchen, bathroom and a loft. The property is fully fenced, perfect if you bring your dog. 4-wheel drive in winter is recommended. Watch out for toddlers, deck has no handrail.

Welcome to my apartment in a quiet neighborhood. It has everything you need. Bedroom with large double bed, extra mattress, bathroom, living room, kitchen and balcony. It is a three minute walk to the bus stop. From there it takes 10 minutes by bus to Sirkus Shopping Center where there is a further transition to the city center which takes 10 minutes. There are great hiking opportunities nearby. Free parking upon registration that I can arrange.

Simple and peaceful accommodation in a central location. 5 min walk to City Lade, grocery just outside and short way to train station ( train from Værnes stops here). Metro bus with departure every 10 minutes is just outside the door. The barn trail and beautiful Korsvika are also in the area, in addition to THE SEA arena where they have swimming area and sauna available for drop-in. EC-Dahl's arena is also just across the road.

This place is great. The location and the view from the terrace is beautiful. Above all, we found the cleanness of the apartment great. Everything you need is available in the apartment. There are no wishes left unfulfilled. And then we would like to thank Magnus in particular. Even in advance, he took care of our arrival wonderfully and competently. Communication was great at all times. The personal greeting on the day of arrival was wonderful. During the stay, Magnus was immediately available and was available to us with information. Highly recommended. Clean, tidy, cosy and modern. Nice view & cozy porch. Quiet neighborhood. Short way to the convenience store. Short distance to Trondheim city center with good bus connections & taxi. Great communication with nice landlords. We would be happy to come back another time.

We have had so much fun in this apartment. The host was very nice and the apartment was better than expected. We have nothing to complain about. The bed was very good to sleep in and the kitchen and living room were completely tidy and freshly cleaned when we arrived. Peaceful surroundings around us with a cozy little porch that we could bask in when it was hot. The bathroom was spacious and smelled very good when we checked in. Would recommend this apartment very much and very convenient considering walking distance to public transport that was right next door! We used this apartment when we went to the Justin Timberlake concert and it was absolutely brilliant that it was within walking distance to Dahls Arena.
