Dort finden Sie Bars, Restaurants, Supermärkte, Modegeschäfte, usw.! Den schwarzen Sandstrand und den Ozean haben Sie gleich vor der Tür. Die Wohnung (auf der 3. Etage, Treppensteigen erforderlich) für 4 Personen, verfügt über ein Wohnzimmer mit Klimaanlange und einem Schlafsofa, eine Küche, 1 Schlafzimmer mit Badezimmer und eine Terrasse mit Meerblick.

Casa Loma, brand new independent house with garden

Casa Loma is a brand new 60 m2 house in Villaverde, surrounded by volcanoes and 15 min drive from the ocean. It offers a patio to eat outside and to relax after the day at the beach. The house is formed by a fully equipped kitchen/living room, a bedroom and a bathroom. On demand the sofa can become a single bed. THE LOCATION We are in Villaverde, a nice authentic village close to the main touristic attractions. Close to some of the best restaurants, there is a bakery and a supermarket at 500m.

Las Playitas, the ideal starting point for many activities: swimming, surfing, hiking, cycling, golf,... everything right outside the front door within walking distance.

The magnificent views to the sea and the surrounding volcanic mountains, the large windows and the symmetric lines, turn it into the perfect retreat to relax, unwind and connect with the unique beauty of the island. Its careful refurbishment was made thanks to the contribution and creative input of my cousin, the captain. All the woodwork and the lighting fixtures are designed and custom made in his studio located in the neighborhood.

Our apartment Fuerteventura Sol Gym House And Spa is brand new and is very well located in a very quiet part of the island, in the countryside, but with very good access, and in a strategic area to visit the island, 40 minutes from the airport (45 kms). The nearest town is Tarajalejo, which is located five minutes away (6 km), where you can find a beautiful beach of black volcanic sand, supermarkets, restaurants, and other services.
