Studio Cottage at a Lakefront Association

GabrielRating, 5 stars2 weeks ago
Probably one of the best places I've stayed at. Patrick makes you feel right at home from the moment you book the place. The cottage is right next to the lake and just a step away from Wiers beach, a great place to lay down and relax. Patrick even accomodated for local experiences, knowing I had travelled alone. Patrick and Gladys took me hiking and I even went out for drinks with Patrick. Honestly, if I could give the place 6 stars I would. Could not recommend it enough.

The Lil' Red Caboose :)

This was an amazing vacation, our kids loved the caboose and all the attractions in the area as well as the tether ball was a surprise hit of the vacation. Would love to come back and explore the area again!

Cozy cabin 150' from pristine Lake Armington

LaureyRating, 5 stars7 months ago
Once I found the right place everything was just what I needed. The only thing I would have liked to have would have been a blanket or throw on the sofa. Tried to connect my netflix but could not get the code since there is no cell service. No big deal I found plenty to watch when I needed to. The only issue I really had was not being able to reach the dishes or the microwave. I am not quite 5' tall so I had to get on a chair and move the dishes. LOL Sorry if I did not get them back where they started. I just couldn't use the microwave, which was also no big deal. My weekend was perfect, although I did leave early because of the weather. I would go back to the cabin if I chose to go back to that area. Thank you.

Secluded Lumberjack Cabin w/ Hot Tub, Pool & Lake

AntonioRating, 5 stars1 month ago
It’s a fantastic place to stay. We took advantage of the jacuzzi and went kayaking out on the lake. The internet speed was great and the heater stove kept us warm all the time. We got extra lucky and encountered a bald eagle. 🦅 We highly recommend staying here.

Private Studio at Lakefront Association

JamieRating, 5 stars3 days ago
We had a wonderful time at Patrick’s place. The weather was beautiful for early in the season, although the water was still too cold for swimming. We loved visiting Weirs Beach and checking out the local shops for ice cream and dinner. The Lake Winnipesaukee scenic cruise was a highlight and a great option if you don’t have a boat. The room was clean, the bed was comfortable, and it stayed nice and cool despite the heat outside. We enjoyed using the charcoal grill and relaxing by the beach. We lucked out and had the whole lakefront area to ourselves since no other guests were there. Patrick was friendly, introduced himself when we saw him, and was very responsive to questions. Check-in was seamless with the door code he provided. The queen bed was great, and the pullout couch was actually comfy. Only suggestion is to bring your own blanket, as we were a little cold at night. Overall, a peaceful and amazing stay.

Blue Hawaii

KevinRating, 5 stars8 months ago
I would highly recommend Janai and Dean’s glampground if you’re looking for a majestic getaway perfect for those looking to connect with nature. Starting with the glampsite itself, there is everything you’d need to make it feel like your home away from home. The outdoor communal kitchen area is fully stocked and ready for your meals with all the tools you’d need, with plenty of lighting. The site is incredibly well taken care of, with very thoughtful lighting which allows you to really appreciate the firepit and take in the stars while still providing magical vibes. What really brings this place together are the incredible hosts. They’re extremely accommodating and thoughtful, even stopping by the campsite early in the morning and later at night to make sure everyone was doing well. Again, we can’t recommend this place enough, and hope to be able to stay here again in the future!

I am so happy with my stay. I have been looking for something like this for a while and this just fulfilled that desire. I just stayed for one night but I now regret that I should have stayed for more nights. Everything is as described and maintained so well. The beds are so comfortable and the ambience is the best.

Modern Cabin - River Mtns Farm

ErikRating, 5 stars1 month ago
We had a quick (one night) but excellent stay at the shipping container over a holiday weekend recently. The place is perfectly located about 5-7 minute drive from Rumney Rocks climbing area. The house is clean and has everything we needed for the night and morning. There is a nice and simple deck with chairs in both front and in back of the container, so you can get morning or afternoon sun as you wish. It's far away from other units and the campsite, so there's lots of privacy. The beds were really comfortable (including the twin bunk bed mattresses) and the wifi was fast. Hosts were very friendly and accommodating. We'll rent again when we want to upgrade from a tent when we're up climbing again.

Cabin LYKKE at Lumen Nature Retreat | JUNI

DariaRating, 5 stars2 weeks ago
We have stayed at Lumen a couple times before and as always, our stay was amazing. Lumen is such a peaceful and relaxing place for a quick or long getaway. The cabins are so cozy, clean and comfortable. The bathhouse is also very well maintained with plenty of amenities. If you forgot makeup wipes? Don’t worry they have it. Shampoo, conditioner, body wash? All there. Anything you could possibly think of, they have for you or it’s at the camp store. The saunas are also an incredible way to relax with one having an amazing view of the water. If you have any questions, they respond in minutes. If you’re looking for stuff to do around the area, they have great recommendations on their website. I would recommend Lumen to absolutely anyone and everyone :)

Container Home w/ Mountain Views, Deck, Fire Pit

DustinRating, 5 stars2 weeks ago
This place is exactly what we expected. Peaceful and relaxing, easy to find even though google maps has it just past the entrance. This was a last second 1 night getaway for us and the container home had everything we needed like towels, shampoo, etc... We went to a local supermarket 15 minutes away and utilized the grill on the deck overlooking the valley. The inside bar area was nice to sit at to eat dinner and look out to the wilderness using the large window that opens completely so we felt like we were outside. There was a nice fire place outside but I didn't read the entire description so we didn't bring firewood. As for the musty smell others have complained about, it must have been their first time staying somewhere other than home. We always bring candles whether we're staying in a yurt or a $500/night hotel. There is a musty smell but not after 15 minutes of candles.

Modern / open cabin at Waterville Estates

HeidiRating, 5 stars6 months ago
Tom and Alex’s place is amazing!! This is my family’s second time staying and just as the first, we loved every bit of it! Location is awesome. There is so much to do nearby. The community center was our favorite. It snowed when we were there and the driveway was plowed which made it easier to go in and out. Highly recommend! This will definitely be our go to next time we stay in Campton.

Charming A-Frame at Hermit Lake

DeliaRating, 5 stars4 months ago
The cabin is lovely and if anything the listing sells it short. The kitchen is fully stocked with everything you could want for cooking, great movie selection, puzzles and games, etc. There is a little path that leads down to the small lake behind the house. If we weren’t visiting in January we would’ve spent the evenings sitting outside at the little clearing in front of the pond. Kayak, canoe, snow shoes, and fishing poles were all provided. Airbnb was clean and clearly well taken care of with a very helpful guide for guests. I highly recommend it and would absolutely return, hopefully in the summer next time!
