This is a rare opportunity to stay in a traditional Miller's House located on the same property as an authentic 1632 Dutch Windmill. This beautiful cabin offers privacy, nature and canals on both sides, yet is only 1.5 miles (2.4km) from town and a 40 minute train ride to Amsterdam. This cabin was hand built with love & care and it is a pleasure to share it with guests from all around the world. As the Miller of this windmill, I enjoy giving my guests a complimentary tour whenever possible.

Within half an hour you'll be in the centre of Amsterdam but also in Alkmaar, Volendam, Zaanse Schans. We offer you a spacious private guest house in a beautiful surrounding. You'll have a lot of privacy and the owner is happy to inform you and make it as comfortable as possible. The cottage is suitable for couples, solo business travelers and families (with children).

De Woude, boat the Steert.

A beautiful boat (Stevenvlet) where you can relax, even in winter , because the super heater keeps it nice and warm. The boat is located on the Woude , located on our jetties at Restaurant 't Kombof. De Woude is an island with 160 inhabitants. You get on the ferry that takes you to the other side in a few minutes and you are immediately on holiday. You can take a beautiful walk on the island. The Woude is centrally located. Within half an hour you are in Amsterdam, Alkmaar or at the beach.

Gelegen op een kleinschalig particulier parkje waar wij ook nog een ander vakantiehuisje verhuren, genaamd; Familie Buitenhuys. Vanuit de woning kijk je uit over de velden en dijk aan het Markermeer: ​​Nederland in zijn puurste vorm! De woning is gericht op comfort (er is vloerverwarming) maar met leuke, eigenzinnige details en een speelse indeling. Maximaal 4 personen + baby.
