Welcome to our bright and inviting apartment located at the beginning of the pedestrian street with countless shopping opportunities, a few meters from the Sillebro Center and the train station as well as Ådalens green areas. There is a private parking space attached to the apartment. The accommodation contains a private entrance, entrance with distribution corridor, bathroom, kitchen, two bedrooms with double bed, living room with sofa and dining table and private terrace. Beautiful cottage at the end of a cul-de-sac. Large, undisturbed garden with cozy terraces. There are two bedrooms, both with double beds. In the kitchen there is, among other things, a dishwasher and a large American refrigerator. Heating is by heat pump and/or wood stove. There is underfloor heating in the bathroom. Wood is available for the wood stove. The property is 100% fenced. There is a 500-meter walk to Roskildefjord and 5 minutes by car to good shopping opportunities. Electricity is charged according to consumption.
