Condo vacation rentals in Grad Zadar

It was a perfect vacation, we really liked it,more than we expected. The apartment is located on the ground floor with a magnificent terrace and a barbecue. The apartment itself was very clean, which allowed us to immediately relax (and not wash everything again,as it was in other apartments)The apartment smells of cleanliness,linens and towels smell fresh. It's a pleasure to cook in Marco's kitchen, there are a lot of dishes, household appliances, also the host of the house treated us with wine, there was water in the fridge. There was also another small gift for us on the table. A very comfortable bathroom in it also had everything you need. Marco thought of everything: mosquito tablets, necessary detergents, clean towels on the floor in the bathroom, an outdoor umbrella, badminton rackets, good and well-maintained furniture, barbecue tools,several coffee capsules and many more good things. The woman who helped us with check-in and answered questions was very nice. This was the best experience in renting on this site,we recommend it. The sea is nearby

The accommodation is great and looks exactly like the photos, the check-in was flexible which was very convenient for us. Communication was super nice and quick and Šime gave us some tips for our stay!

My family stayed here for four weeks. Mirjana's house was perfect for a long stay because the kitchen was fully equipped for cooking. You may find more supplies than you expect. Since we are Asian, making Western dishes isn't always easy, but the kitchen tools made it much easier. The place itself was clean and comfortable. Communication with the host was smooth, and her sister, who lives on the floor right below, was always ready to help. The house is near Borik Beach, which is great fun for kids. We'd love to come back here someday. Thank you 😊

We spent 2 weeks in the apartment at Lovre's place and it was the most beautiful vacation we had (and we traveled with two small and sometimes pretty moody kids). The apartment is well designed, with air conditioning (which we really welcomed in July), with a view of the sea and a garden. It provides plenty of privacy and peace, but at the same time you're in 5 minutes in a restaurant or on the beach. We can only recommend Kali - perfect for a quiet but not boring vacation. It has restaurants, cafes and a large shop, 2 city beaches and a bar. But especially no tourist traps:) And if you miss a bigger city, you can also walk to the ferry to Zadar within 30min (by car, but you can make it in 5 min). But the most beautiful is the Blue bay beach outside the city, where you can also bike, and which Lovre just recommended to us - as well as other places. Lovre is a great host - he made us feel like we were a local. Thank you so much for a wonderful holiday!

Vilma was always very friendly and very quick to answer. Her apartment was very spacious, clean and the air conditioning was working perfectly. There were also two bonus cats :)

Accommodation as described, had everything you need. Parking available. Local supermarket. Short walk to the Old Town. Easy access to motorways for day trips. Host recommended excellent day trip ideas. Host greeted on arrival and easy communication throughout our stay. Thoroughly enjoyed.

I highly recommend this apartment. Perfect for 2 people , the town of Diklo is located 15 min drive from the center of Zadar, you can easily get to it by bike that Filip offers, which is 5 min by bus from the apartment and uber for 7-8€. Very quiet neighborhood, Filip and his mom very hospitable and nice people😊. I recommend☺️.

Martin's apartment is very nice and clean: it has everything you need. You can park directly in front. There are all the amenities nearby. Martin was very accommodating on check-in and check-out times, thank you! I highly recommend this listing in Zadar.

The place was nice, with everything we needed. The bed was good, a nice shower and nice to have an airco! The kitchen had everything we needed. On top of that all was the garden super! Specious, quit en has a nice bbq place! Loved it en most definately would come back!

Our stay at Matea's place in Sukosan was just amazing! The place was sparkling clean and well equipped – we felt comfortable from the first moment. Especially for families with children, this place is ideal. The host family was incredibly friendly and accommodating and even shared toys for our kids which made us very happy. Supermarkets and everything you need are in the immediate vicinity, which makes the stay even more pleasant. The value for money is also outstanding. We would love to book with Matea again at any time and highly recommend this place!♥️

My stay at Luka's place was very positive! The apartment was great, super clean, very close to the bus station, and had everything we needed, plus small details like some cold drinks in the fridge and family-produced olive oil (incredibly delicious). But I think the best part was being greeted by Luka's dog, Chili 😍 Highly recommended!

a very nice stay. the view from the balcony is great and the day bed super relaxing. the apartment is very well equipped. the beach in front of the apartment can get a bit crowded. just walk to the right side for 5 minutes andnit is even nicer.

The appartment is absolutely nice and we had a great stay there!

I had a great time. Friendly, close to the store, easy to get to the beach and downtown. The apartment is clean. The stove is not easy, it took me 40 minutes to boil water for pasta. Plus, it's great. A great host helped us with transportation and recommended places to go.

The place was amazing, even more for the location, really close to everything, so handy. Natasa was very helpful and attentive, I would definitely go back

We stayed a month here and had a wonderful time. The bed was comfortable, the apartment was clean when we arrived, kitchen was well equipped as we cooked a lot at home and the view from the balcony was awesome. It's about a 20 min walk to the beach and about 40 min walk to the old town. Grocery stores are nearby and bigger ones about 15 min walk. Our host was super friendly, very kind and always quick to respond to any questions. Great stay would love to come back again.

We enjoyed the stay, it was everything that had to be in the apartment. The only thing we were missing was a washing machine :-)

We had a wonderful holiday at Radovan. Our apartment was great, the beds are very comfortable. The pool was great and our kids had a great time there. The location is great. Quietly located but still very central to supermarkets, restaurants, etc. Radovan is a superb host, and he has a totally lovely mother who always greeted us with a nice smile. Really enjoyed our week in Zadar and the apartment was ideal. Walkable location to the old town and with plenty of local restaurants and seaside walks. Fabulous pool and outdoor kitchen. Highly recommended.

We had a lovely stay at Valentina’s place. We have rented the ground floor apartment. The apartment is brand new, spacious and clean. The table outside with a rooftop is also very nice. Valentina and her family live on the first floor. The socond floor is rented out as well. The whole family is very helpful. The swimming pool is a bit small, but we only had to share it with the apartment on the 2nd floor. Priklava is also a nice village. There is a super market close by. It is close to the harbor where you’ll find a nice beach and nice restaurant. Unfortunately, the apartment is also close to the church…..

Niceapartment with two bedrooms, two bathrooms, very large living room, kitchen. Living room with a large window with sea views. Outdoor terrace for dining with sunset views. 3 minutes walk to beautiful beach (clear water but a little algae thisyear). Complex located in a secluded area, where 500m away they are building a village. Air conditioning. Very well-stocked kitchen. The only downside: there are no mosquito nets. Too bad because the area is very ventilated and cool, you could enjoy the night.
