The access to the island is via a ferry (Prizna - Zigljen line) or the bridge (bridge of Pag). Average monthly temperature from May to September is above 20°C. The richness of the aromatic plants - and herbs with healing properties - which grow on the island give the local food (like sheep's cheese or lamb) a unique flavour. Local industries are collecting and processing sea-salt and lace-making. The island also boasts scientifically-acknowledged healing mud. The city of Pag is the oldest town on the island (on 30th March.1244, Bela IV granted it a charter to confirm its free royal status). The town itself has 20 km of sand beaches. The city beach is ideal for sport & fun and it is appropriate & safe for children. Near the beach there are also restaurants and cafés. Tommy's Vacation House is a newly furnished house with a jacuzzi in the courtyard, 3 bedrooms, two with a large box bed, a third room with two single beds, a bathroom with a washing machine, an additional toilet that is separate from the shower, a kitchen with all cooking appliances, a dishwasher, 250 m to the sea, 200 m to the center of Vir, shops and restaurants are within 300 m, parking in front of the house is provided for guests. The neighborhood is nearby, we expect the guest to respect the house rules. The jacuzzi is closed in the winter period
