Basement studio This studio is located in the basement of the house but has natural light from 2 windows. It does not have direct access to outdoor but from a stairs you can access to the garden and the heated swimming pool. The studio has everything you need for your stay, kitchen, bath room, 4k smart TV (Netflix, Amazon prime, ...) The house has 5 apartments and one studio and is 100m from the sea. My place is close to centre, family-friendly activities. First restaurant is just 3mins walk.

The living room leads to a large terrace. There is also a barbecue area. On the first floor there are three double rooms, three bathrooms and a balcony.
