Vacation home rentals in Grad Kaštela

Denis and Dijana's house is an island of peace! It is far from the crowds, but all important things (shops, sights) are quickly accessible. The yard is tidy, full of beautiful plants and various equipment (billiards, foosball, sunbathing corner) help you relax. The clear highlight of the Yucca House is the pool and the sun terrace around it, which is made even more cozy by the huge parasol during the day and the subtle lighting at night. The house is comfortable, and clean. There is air conditioning on both floors. The stairs leading to the first floor are steep, so be aware of that. Dijana loves dogs very much. When vacationing with a dog, you can go for comfortable walks in any direction. We are happy to recommend it to smaller groups of friends! Thank you for allowing us to vacation here!

Everything was good. The location on the hill is great views. Close to the restaurant and shop. Recommend

This place was amazing, we loved staying here! The terrace with the view of the sea is incredible, it is beautiful to sit there, so peaceful, and covered in shade by the trees all around. Inside it is spacious, the bedrooms are nice. The kitchen is good too, although there weren't many cooking items when we arrived (e.g. pepper, oil). There is a BBQ that you can use also. Good washing machine and Wifi. While we were there the weather was very hot (35°+), so the inside of the house was hard to keep cool, there is 1 AC unit which makes it hard to cool down all the bedrooms. However, we asked Dalibor for a fan, and they bought a new one for the house the next day, which was much appreciated. The house is 3 minutes away from a beautiful beach, the sea there is so clear to swim in, and not very busy. It is a 10 minute drive to Omis, the nearest town.

Ground floor access - so no stairs needed, awesome for heavy luggage. Suitable if staying for more than 1 night, spacious living room. Valeria was super responsive and friendly, and was flexible about leaving the luggage before/after checkout times which is a huge plus. She also provided wonderful restaurant recommendations. Washer is an amazing addition! Location is so near to the bus stop, and there's some stairs going up the street (depending on where you're accessing it from but that's most of the Old town Airbnbs anyway.)

This place is a gem. So well thought out and very caring, responsive hosts. It's such a privilege to have all that space, nature, and privacy. It's really beautiful and our kids had a great time finding things to do with the rocks, dirt, flowers, bugs etc

Wir haben wunderbare 6 Nächte auf Solta verbracht. Die Unterkunft war sauber, hatte einen wunderbaren Balkon und unsere Hosts waren sehr gut erreichbar und gastfreundlich. Wir durften kroatische Spezialitäten probieren und konnten Neven und Anela jederzeit etwas fragen. Wir haben uns sehr wohl und willkommen gefühlt. Begeistert!

Jurica’s apartment was ideally located next to the sea and all commodities. Jurica was greatly helpful in advising us and always had a kind attention. You cannot be wrong in staying at Jurica’s!

We had a great stay at Mila’s house. The outside area with the pool and different places to sit was amazing. The rooms all had airconditioning and shutters by the windows. Mila always reacted fast on the chat and helped us with recommendations. Overall a great stay!!

Wir waren sehr zufrieden, Franjo und Seine Familie sind tolle Gastgeber. Wegen parken, spricht euch immer mit den Nachbarn ab und dann gibt es kein Stress.

Wir waren vom 02. - 08.August 2024 in Stobrec. Bei Ankunft wurden wir super nett von Nicole begrüßt. Das Apartment ist sehr sauber und besonders der Wintergarten hat uns sehr gut gefallen. Hier wurde es allerdings im Laufe des Tages sehr warm aber wenn man die Türe zum Zimmer offen lies hat es durch die Klima auch hier gut abgekühlt. Die Gegend war zwar ruhig aber hat jetzt nicht so unseren Geschmack getroffen. Für Urlauber die hier auch gerne mal hinreisen möchten muss ich auch dazu sagen, dass es eigentlich überall und auch in der Stadt Split nicht wirklich sauber war, überall Müll und beschmierte Häuser mit Graffiti. Die Mall in Split kann ich schon empfehlen, da gibts alles mögliche zu finden. Die Strände in Split und in der Gegend sind dagegen super schön, das Wasser ist richtig schön sauber, blau und klar. Man muss allerdings schon etwas fahren oder „klettern“ um etwas abgelegenes zu finden. Das Apartment an sich, kann man nur weiterempfehlen.

Great communication with the hosts! Very beautiful villa (even better than the pictures). Hosts were very friendly! It is definitely recommended to spend your time at this villa in Split, it made our trip much more memorable (just make sure you are quiet for the neighbours 💩) Much thanks from us!

Bozidar was friendly and generous to my group. He delivered fresh bread every morning and gave us a lift to the supermarket at the beginning of our trip. We also received good recommendations for places to visit in Split. We had a great time

Wir durften 2 wunderschöne Wochen bei Nediljka verbringen. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt und wir wurden sehr freundlich aufgenommen. Wir waren vor der CheckIn Zeit angekommen und bekamen einfach die Schlüssel, weil sie gesehen hat, das wir schon da sind. Wir müssten sonst noch 5 Stunden bei 35 Grad und Kleinkindern warten. Das war nicht selbstverständlich und wir waren sehr dankbar. Das Haus ist ganz einfach gebaut und eingerichtet, aber sehr sauber und die Ausstattung einfach gold wert. Der große Kühlschrank mit großem Gefrierbereich, Ventilatoren, Waschmaschine und die Küchenausstattung waren sehr hilfreich. Außerdem gab es für uns ein Begrüßungs- und Abschiedsgeschenk.

We had a wonderful holiday at Masa's place. From the booking process, and the communication with Masa was which was always immediate and helpful. Masa's place itself was everything we wanted and was spotlessly clean and well-equipped, every thing that was needed was available. The views from the apartment were amazing looking down into Beach Mavarštica over the houses. Okrug Gornji is very hilly and at 38c the walk back up from Beach Mavarštica, the supermarket, and the Ogrug Gornji beach area were hard, and the final straw was the 60 steps up to the apartment. However, arriving in an air-conditioned apartment and seeing the views was all worth it. Transport is easy with Uber and water taxis and we visited many times the amazing Trogir and had trips to Slatine and Split. we did a quad safari, hired a boat for the day and went all the way to Blue Lagoon. A great holiday and a great place to stay.

Ein absolut perfekter Aufenthalt! Die Lage ist ideal – ruhig, aber dennoch nahe an vielen Sehenswürdigkeiten und Ausflugszielen. Die Wohnung ist wunderschön eingerichtet, mit viel Liebe zum Detail und geschmackvoller Dekoration – wir waren direkt schockverliebt! Der Wohlfühlfaktor ist hier wirklich außergewöhnlich. Ein besonderes Highlight war die sehr große Terrasse, die viel Platz zum Entspannen bietet. Alles war makellos sauber und bestens ausgestattet – wir haben uns vom ersten Moment an wie zu Hause gefühlt. Das beste Airbnb, das wir je hatten – absolute Empfehlung!

Nous avons passé un excellent séjour dans cet appartement. L'accès au logement est simple grâce à la serrure électronique. L'appartement est non seulement confortable, mais également équipé de tout ce dont on peut avoir besoin y compris quelques denrées de base si on souhaite cuisiner. La décoration est soignée et les guides touristiques mis à disposition en libre-service sont une touche très appréciable parmi d'autres. De nombreuses étiquettes sont présentes dans l'appartement afin de nous guider dans l'utilisation des différents appareils ce qui facilite le quotidien. La vue de la terrasse est magnifique et offre un cadre paisible pour se détendre après les journées bien remplies. Enfin, un grand merci à Andreas et Barbara pour leur réactivité et leur disponibilité. Ils ont toujours répondu très rapidement à nos questions, ce qui a grandement contribué à la qualité de notre séjour. Nous recommandons vivement cet Airbnb et espérons y revenir bientôt !

Our family of 5 enjoyed a wonderful stay at Mislav’s property. It looks just like the photos. It was clean, well-equipped, and very welcoming. Mislav was there to welcome us and provide helpful information. As stated by prior visitors, a car is required but it is very easy to go in and out of Split and anywhere else you want to visit. Croatia is a beautiful country and Mislav’s Airbnb made our visit even better! We recommend it highly and would definitely stay here again.

Nous avons passé un super séjour ! Marko est très accueillant et très réactif sur Airbnb ! Il a toujours été là quand nous avions des questions et toujours dans la bonne humeur et l’entraide, c’était vraiment agréable de rencontrer un hôte comme lui. Il nous a même ramené à l’aéroport à la fin de notre séjour ! Nous recommandons à 100% ! Il a été de bon conseil tout le long du voyage. Encore un grand merci à lui :). Vi tilbrakte 5 netter på stedet til Marko, og vi kunne ikke hatt et bedre sted! Verten var usedvanlig proaktiv og hjelpsom! Det som gjorde ferien vår aller best var gjestfriheten til verten, og utsikten fra balkongen. Vi fikk låne el-scootere som var ekstremt lettvint for å se alle de vakre stendene i området. Vi elsket stranden Labadusa som var 2.2 km unna, der har du deilig iskaffe, salater og billige solsenger til 15 euro for 2 stykker. Selve leiligheten var eksemplarisk ren, og hadde alt vi trengte av utstyr. Leiligheten kan anbefales på det sterkeste! 11/10 ☀️☀️☀️

Я зазвичай рідко пишу відгуки але совість не позволить не написати цій чудовій жінці відгук. Це було чудово. Сільвана дуже хороша і проста жінка, яка приймає своїх гостей, як рідних дітей. Завжди усміхнена та охоче допоможе. Як на мене це також грає велику роль на відпочинку. Помешкання дуже чисте та охайне, в тихому районі із неймовірним видом на море. Пляж біля вілли чистий, з дуже гарним пейзажем, практично безлюдний, бували дні, коли ми перебували на ньому самі. Ця вілла підійде для тих, хто хоче відпочити від шуму та гарно підійде для сімейного відпочинку. Єдине, добиратися до пляжу прийдеться по сходах 5 хвилин в нормальному темпі вниз і приблизно так само вверх. Я однозначно рекомендую це помешкання. Сюди хочеться повертатися❤️

Great villa! It is slightly out of the town but Ubers are so quick and easy and worth it for the space you get!

Der Marko und sein Bruder Mato waren sehr ambitioniert und zuvorkommend. Die Unterkunft ist genau so wie im Inserat beschrieben. Wir haben unseren Aufenthalt sehr genossen und können die Unterkunft weiterempfehlen.
