***IMPORTANT***From December - April we maintain access to the basement apartment unit from Friday-Sunday (ski season!). This is an entirely separate unit with separate entrances. There are no spaced spaces. There will be no interaction. If you're OK with this, please proceed! This three story beautiful and comfortable Chalet is located on the first street once entering the Collins Lake Resort, making it very convenient to walk to all of the restaurants, shops, and shuttles. Rustic condo in the heart of Government Camp. Two levels, clean with new appliances, bedding and towels. Plenty of light, charming and comfortable. You can park your car and walk everywhere or drive the short distance to Timberline lodge or Ski Bowl. The Glade trail starts behind the condo and is the direct route to mountain biking and hiking trails up and around Timberline. Please note: We do not have WiFi or a washer and dryer. There is WiFI and a laundromat 1 block away.

Niksen House: Scandanvian style Cabin at Mt. Hood

*water pressure issue has been fixed! Niksen House is located just outside of Mt. Hood National Forest, 20 minutes from ski areas and an hour from Portland. The cabin is in a rural residential community and sits next to a 1/2 acre lot giving it an off-the-grid feel with all of the on-the-grid amenities. Many dining options are located just minutes away and the Sandy River is only a 5 minute walk from the cabin. Find us @niksenhouse
