Ground floor: kitchen open to living and dining room + 1 bedroom and bathroom. Upstairs: 1 bathroom, 2 bedrooms + a 3rd open (partitioned with an awning) on a living room/games room area.

Benefits from a private entrance and parking, and a roof covered with grass. 5 minutes walk from the train station that, every 30 min, takes you to the centre of Paris, or to Disneyland in 20 min. Walking distance to the town centre and its shops. Close to Lagny and its farmers' market (three times a week and Sunday) and its many shops. The garden is big, common with our own house.
