The house is located in Uppsala Näs, Vreta Västra, 13 km southwest of Central Uppsala, & neighboring Hammarskogs Nature Reserve. Bus connection is available (107) about 30 minutes to Uppsala C, about 40 minutes by bicycle. Fully-equipped kitchen & bathroom. (no washing machine, but can be arranged by agreement) Separate dining room, work room, bedroom. Normally, the accommodation is rented to a maximum of 2 people. For stays/accommodation for a longer period, a special agreement can be made for monthly rent & operating costs. The house can then be rented with room for 3 people.

Guesthouse "ladan"

Welcome to our newly built guest house "Ladan." A home in a quiet, rural setting just east of Uppsala. With us, you live 13 km from Uppsala C and 7 km from the E4, which takes you further towards Arlanda or Stockholm. 1000 meters from the accommodation, a bus goes directly to Uppsala C and during some summer days, you can take a steam train to the city with the museum railway Lennakatten. The guest house is located on the outskirts of Gunsta community, close to nature. In the area, there is the nice Stiernhielms Krog & Livs, where you can eat well or shop a little.

Cozy, almost one hundred years old, but modernly renovated, cottage located in an attractive residential area 7 km south of Uppsala city. Beautiful surroundings with Hågadalens nature reserve, Mälaren, Gottsundagipen and Vårdsätra beach promenade at a convenient distance. During the summer months, the area is excellent for those who want to get out into nature on foot or by bike. In winter, you have good opportunities for cross-country skiing and downhill skiing in Sunnerstabacken and ice skating on the lake. We live next door in the main house.

Nice little guesthouse near beautiful nature and lake

Come and enjoy nature with the family in our cozy little guest house. In the garden, there are chickens and rabbits. Well suited for families with children as there are swings and a sandbox. Close to the lake where you can swim and a nature reserve with beautiful nature. Yet, it is only 20 minutes by car or bus from central Uppsala. If you bring your bike, it takes 35 minutes to the city center. The house is new and nice with a spacious sleeping loft with five beds (one 80 cm bed and two 160 cm beds) and a cozy TV corner.

Room with desk, armchair, table and sofa bed 140 cm. Balcony. Kitchen with kitchen table, basic kitchenware, stove, oven, dishwasher and fridge. Bathroom with shower. Hall with private exit to stairwell. In the hallway there is also a locked soundproofed door to the rest of the apartment where I live. A total of 35 square meters. Sommarro is a 15 minute bike path from the city center. Several bus lines stop nearby. Nearby are restaurants and grocery stores. The urban forest invites for walks in nature.

Small cozy guest house on a leafy plot. 400 meters from the cottage is Lake Mälaren. Here you can swim at a jetty or small beach in the summer and ice skate in the winter. Close to a beautiful nature reserve with barbecue areas and nice forest. The cottage has a room and bathroom. It has a small, but fully equipped kitchen with a dishwasher. There is a bed (140 cm) as well as a folding guest bed (70 cm). In the bathroom, there is a washing machine, shower and toilet. Sheets and towels included.

Privat small apartment with a separate entrance in a house from 1969. Nice, quiet and comfortable -perfect for one person and to stay longer. Full equipped smaller kitchen and a bathroom with shower, washing machine,comfortable bed, armchair, lots of wardrobes. You live by yourself and you don’t share anything. Gamla Uppsala is 4 km north of Uppsala city, nice, quiet and very close to the nature. The highway E4 is close and you can go by bus, bike or walk to city, it’s 100m to the busstop.

Enjoy a cozy and convenient stay in Knivsta, a cute village with easy access via train to Stockholm 28min, Arlanda airport 8min and Uppsala 9min. Our guest house has a private entrance, mini kitchen, TV with Chromecast, comfortable 140cm bed, small sofa bed and bathroom with a washing machine and nice shower. Everything you need is within walking distance, including the commuter train station, grocery stores, restaurants, cafés, gyms and the lake. You can also park for free on the property.

Gott om parkering och harmoniskt ljusinsläpp genom hela bostaden. Fungerande öppen spis, ekgolv, fräscht badrum samt rymligt kök. Bostaden är ca 100kvm och det finns bäddsoffa ifall man är 6personer. Området är ett av Uppsalas mest attraktivaste där man har nära till allt som staden har att erbjuda.

The apartment is 120 sqm (1290sqf). Two bedrooms and one big living room which includes the kitchen. There are two apartments in the house. This apartment is on the bottom floor. Both are used as AirBnB apartments. Seperate entrances. Both have their own kitchen with everything necessary like coffee machine, waterboiler, fridge and dishwasher. Bathroom with shower and toilet. Washing machine, dryer and flatiron are in the laundry room. Hi speed Wifi and TV with several channels. Built 2015.
