Vacation rentals with a fire pit in Gosnold

We had such a great stay at Kerry and Nan's home! I had spoken to them in advance via messages regarding my concern for pet allergies since they do allow pets in the home. Upon arrival I was so very impressed at how squeaky clean the home was! My adult son and I have severe allergies to pets and we had none at all while staying in their home! The place itself is so cute and comfortable. Unfortunately it was a rainy weekend so we could not take advantage of the yard, but we hope to stay here again one day and do so! The yard is just lovely. We had an issue with the climate control and Kerry and Nan were right on top of the issue and called me personally and even offered to come over if necessary to take care of the issue! We did manage over the phone, however, so it was not necessary. Their responsiveness is unmatched, quick to answer every message and speedy to fix the minor issue. We really hope to stay here again one day! Thank you, Kerry and Nan!

I’ll start with this… I have my own Airbnbs and have been an Airbnb host since 2017 and have stayed in numerous Airbnbs across the US — this by far is the best Airbnb I have ever stayed in. Check in was so easy and they sent over this extensive guidebook with info about the home, area, and even pet friendly locations to go to with your dog :) Everything was so clean and in order. (The silverware drawer was like heaven for someone with OCD). Haha. The location is on a quiet street but close enough to the beaches and downtown areas. The hosts were AMAZING. Very attentive, super nice and checked in on us. Gave us great recommendations for restaurants. It was great waking up in the morning to an array of coffee/nespresso and be able to sit in the backyard with our dog before we started our day. The sauna was an added bonus. The bed was so comfortable and there was even a dog bed. I can’t fit everything I loved into this review! I will 100% be back and HIGHLY recommend this airbnb!

I have stayed in many airbnbs in US and Europe. This is by far my favorite because of its combination of simple charm, design, comfort, location, and ambiance. It truly is a gem that you can feel every minute you are there. All of my friends felt the same way. “This place is just so special.” There were 4 of us and we had everything we needed at our fingertips. The outdoor shower is divine, all the shelving is perfectly situated, the property is private, the patio, and deck lovely options for coffee or wine, and the beds, bedding, and showers couldn’t have been better. If you want to visit Martha’s Vineyard, and want to feel pampered by thoughtful design, stay here!

Wonderful stay near nature preserves — we were visiting Allen’s Pond and Norman’s Bird Sanctuary. House was clean, comfortable, and nicely decorated with a lot of art & beautiful plants. Very well appointed kitchen (good cookware) with coffee, tea, and many other sundry items. Ellen checked in with us & had clear instructions, which was great. Hope to visit again someday!

Midori's place was perfect for us - quiet neighborhood, clean, and spacious. The privacy lock on the front door was a bit tricky - you need to have a coin handy to turn it, which we would not have had but Midori told us to bring one. Great place for a nice trip to Cape Cod!

Justin was a fantastic host! Very responsive and provided clear, easy-to-follow instructions for check-in and check-out. The home itself was beautiful, spotless, and exactly as described. The location was convenient, with quick access to local landmarks and great food and coffee if you have a car. Overall, it was a great stay and I’d definitely book again!

We stayed here for a girls weekend and had a great time. The house and amenities were just as advertised, and the porch and backyard were the perfect spot to spend time together. Quiet and peaceful neighborhood. Andrew was a fantastic host - friendly, responsive, professional, and he provided a great guide of local recs and house instructions. The location was great for exploring Woods Hole and Falmouth by car. I would recommend!

Elaine has a lovely apartment. Very pristine and quiet with amazing views. Our stay was extremely comfortable. Her instructions were perfect and we had no problem with whatsoever anything. If you’re ever there do not miss the morning sunrise. Outstanding. Thank you Elaine & Rich for a lovely stay. We hope to come back some day.

This older apartment is casual, clean, safe, and comfortable. Both the unit and the surroundings have a nice rural feel. The WiFi is excellent. This was a great place for us to stay for our visit to the area, and we would stay here again.

The apartment is very comfortable. The pictures are accurate. Beds comfortable. Plenty of very nice bath linens. I loved the types and amount of lighting in every room. Wonderful water pressure in the shower. The kitchen is very functional . I loved cooking on the beautiful big stove. We really appreciated having both a Keurig and a coffee maker. The one thing I would caution about is the stairs. They are as pictured. We had no problem with them, but people with knee issues might. I will certainly look for this property again when in the area.

My college friend and I always do a yearly reading retreat Memorial Day weekend and Lori’s place was the perfect getaway. The views were breathtaking and the house on the lake was so peaceful definitely recommend this quiet lake getaway. Still dreaming of the sunset on the lake

I got this Airbnb for the weekend because I was proposing to my girlfriend in a Hyannis dinner train. This was the only spot that looked private and worthy of an “engagement weekend getaway” vibe as opposed to hotels and other Airbnbs. Meagan even allowed a friend of mine to show up and decorate the apartment with “Just Engaged” signs and fake candles and fake rose petals, which made the bedroom look even more romantic. My now-fiancé could not express enough how much she loved the place. Quiet, safe neighborhood, good eating spots less than 10 mins away in car, great water pressure, everything you could ask for. If we’re going to be knit-picky, the only thing we can complain about was that the A/C did not seem to work. The wall unit was open like if it was working, but no air was coming out of it. I forgot to mention this to Meagan during our stay, as I’m sure she would have rushed to help us. We slept with the windows slightly open and it was just as nice.

This apartment is a block off the 4th of July parade route in Bristol. Quiet residential street but short walk to downtown, great restaurants, and historic locations. The apartment was spotless and well equipped. This was our third rental in Bristol and by far the best. It was a pleasure from start to finish.

It is always a pleasure to stay in the Garden Apartment. It certainly lives up to its name. The surrounding grounds are magical. The East Bay bike path is a few steps away from the apartment. There’s a small grocery store and quite a few restaurants all within walking distance. If you feel adventurous, the drive to either Newport or Providence is about forty minutes. (Depending on traffic, of course). For me, I’m happy just hanging around my old home town.

Booking with them for our trip was absolutely amazing! The house is beautiful, peaceful and so so gorgeous! We loved our stay!

Wonderful experience at a very special location. We walked and kayaked to the Aquinnah cliffs from the beach right out front. We listened to the sound of the ocean and the pinkeltinks while preparing meals in the spacious kitchen. The firepit area was just lovely. Highly recommend this place to all you no hassle people. It's perfect.

Thank you to our wonderful hosts at the Onset Compound for an incredible stay! The home is located in a picture perfect waterfront setting with all of the amenities a beach house offers. The hosts recommended some great restaurants and things to do that kept us busy all weekend. The home is sparkling clean and we felt right at home!

Bill was terrific and there are tons of super thoughtful things around - I had access to a fire pit, amazing place for socialization (with fridge, stove, TV, rocking chairs, tables, etc.) The studio was the perfect place - it had everything I needed - but was simple and not fussy. I really loved the property, loved the accommodations, loved the location and the host was super nice and helpful and present enough, but not too present! I knew I could find him if I needed something! His place also felt very safe and a terrific place to be if you are interested in the beach and ocean, but also close to a lot of amazing attractions and food! Would definitely recommend!

Our stay was so fun! The house was great and the location was perfect for our relaxing family time away. Plus great fish market and ice cream and coffee within walking distance. Patricia was super helpful and accommodating which made it feel like home away and super easy without 6 year old. Plus the house is very cute and unique!

I have traveled a lot for work, out of all the hotels and air bnbs I have stayed at this is beyond the best. This was a wedding celebration with family and she had it set up so special. We had a wonderful experience, everything you could need for whatever you wanted to do/cook. She shed was beautiful! Gorgeous landscaping, so clean, absolutely a great deal in my opinion. She was such a responsive host and I can’t say enough wonderful things about our stay there . Thank you so much for making our getaway special !!!!!

Dan was a very responsive and accommodating host. Dan communicated well with us and was flexible with our check in time. The house is very cute. I love the path to the house and the path to the pond. The pond is gorgeous and you have a great big view of the pond from the bedroom with the big bed. My kids had so much fun fishing from the dock and on the canoe. They caught several fish.

Fabulous! I rented Casey’s home for Memorial Day weekend to celebrate my daughter’s 18th birthday. It was also beach weekend, so we had a group of her friends. We were 9 in total and every single person raved about the stay. The house is even more adorable in person, and the walk to Kelly Beach was a daily highlight. Loved that there were two outdoor showers, and the beds were so comfortable. Wish there were shades on the skylight for the people sleeping up in the loft, but other than that, this place is a little treasure and I hope to return. The parking was ample, and the outdoor space and use of nooks and crannies for sleeping spaces made it really cozy for a group. Highly recommended. Casey was very communicative and clearly cares about being a good host. Such an adorable place. Wish we could have stayed longer than 4 days.
