Casa Maxim - Private home at the foot of the Straja massif

Casa Maxim is located in Lupeni, 8 km from the center of Straja resort and 3 km from the boarding point of the cable car. It is ideal for families or groups, the interior space being generous. It also has a landscaped inner courtyard, dining area and barbecue area. In the courtyard you can also find a hut with a capacity of maximum 6 people. This is not included in the accommodation price and is paid separately at the location depending on the days desired for use.

The dwelling was built by my grandfather in the 1950s, my father grew up here and so did I. With my father we’ve decided to renovate the old home to bring more comfort while keeping some of the original elements, like the oak wood floorboards.
