New, elegant apartment of 50 m2, with terrace, near the city center of Lubin, not far from the S3 road and close to the train station. The accommodation consists of a dressing room and laundry room, equipped with a washing machine as well as an iron and a toilet at the entrance. Then a bright living room with a fully equipped kitchen ( oven, dishwasher...), a living area with a sofa bed and a TV. Upstairs, an open mezzanine, serving as a bedroom with a bathroom.

The building shown in the photos was once a barn, which we decided to renovate to share with others the beauty of the Lower Silesian countryside and surroundings.
