Keyless electronic lock You will have the bathroom, kitchen, living and bedroom all to yourself There are shampoo and body wash for you to use in the bathroom. Kitchen contains items like fridge, cook top(no range), coffee maker, kettle, microvave and toas in the kitchen. Bus stop is near the house (1min walk) 4 minutes drive to Parkland mall. There is grocery store, liquor store, Starbucks, Restaurant, Gym, ect in that area.

Large front yard with fire pit , patio, deck & propane BBQ. 1000 lb Jetski lift can be booked. Backyard has car & boat parking and could accommodate a RV/camper for an additional daily charge.

nice little place to crash for the night after traveling. The host was extremely nice and understanding. I had a very late check-in on the road and he was really nice and understanding and let me stay a couple of hours past checkout .. will definitely be staying again when I travel west

Corey's place worked out great for the time myself and my work mates needed it. Large space and backyard was great for my medium sized pup. All amenities included and even some additional kitchen staples when in a pinch. Would stay again when in Yorkton.

We visited Yorkton for work and stayed for a few nights in the loft. What a beautiful spot! Not only well designed and decorated, but a very convenient location. We will always stay here vs a hotel! Fantastic option for working professionals! Corey was a great host and so helpful. Very accommodating when we were almost storm stayed there as well! Thank you!
