Apartment with spectacular location. Breakfast served on weekends (paid separately) is sufficient and very pleasant. Condominium with a great leisure area, swimming pools with water at a pleasant temperature, attentive staff. The apartment is exactly as shown in the photos, I would return again with peace of mind.

I stayed 1 week and didn't take my car out of the garage, I did absolutely everything on foot, and I found the location very safe too. Even more so because I was alone. Noble point of Santos. To begin with, I must say that Alice was extremely understanding and is an excellent host. The apartment is huge! Much larger than you can see from the photos. The extremely smelly bath towels. The beds are impeccable. Each with a blanket and bedding. Among other things, the trousseau is to be congratulated. The apartment is on the 10th floor and has all the windows screened. The condominium staff is super nice too. The location is very good, close to bars, restaurants, markets, ice cream shops and walking distance to the sand. We really enjoyed it and I'm excited to be back soon.

Neusa's apartment is the same as the photos. The view of the beach from the room is addictive... all the rooms have a view of the sea, even taking a bath to see the beach. The location is excellent, close to everything and next to the Carrefour market, which is open 24 hours. Concierge staff are very polite and helpful. The apartment is very well equipped and I found the adapted bathroom superbacana. I went with my husband and my one-year-old son and we enjoyed it a lot. I intend to come back more often. Simply perfect! The apartment is impeccable — extremely clean, well decorated and everything working perfectly. The facilities are great, with a well-equipped kitchen, super comfortable bed and air-conditioned environments. But the highlight, without a doubt, is the breathtaking ocean view! Waking up to that landscape was a privilege. Communication with Andressa was also excellent, always attentive and available. I would definitely go back and strongly recommend!

I have no words to describe my stay at Carnival 2025, the summary in just one WONDERFUL WORD 😍🙏 The apartment is beautiful and exactly the same as the photos and even better. Extremely clean, wide, airy and comfortable. What is presented as leisure in the condominium is unparalleled, all perfect and unbelievable, I felt at home. The location of the building is astonishing, everything around us, supermarkets, malls, restaurants, fast food, cinema and the main beach, which is wonderful, clean and safe, at least I felt that way during my stay. Very good property, cozy, has everything that is described in the listing, Knut is extremely attentive and the building staff were very polite and helpful. I did not pay attention to the wireless connection (Wi-Fi) before booking the stay, this is a negative point, I leave the comment only for improvement, otherwise everything was according to the listing and instructions.
