The Amélie Flat—10th Arrondissement Love Nest

Completely re-modelled and renovated by a local interior designer, it embodies the ultimate romantic Parisian flat. Your own separate entrance leads into the lounge and open fully functional kitchen, followed by the bathroom and bedroom. The service door remains closed throughout your entire stay; it’s purpose is to facilitate cleaning the apartment. This is your own apartment in the 10th arrondissement in Paris for your private use, just take the keys and you’re ready! The kitchen is fully equipped with a microwave, fridge, cooktop, cutlery, crockery and cooking utensils. Coffee/Tea station is also available while milk and water are in the fridge. Fresh towels are provided as well as basic toiletries, but there is plenty of space for your personal items in the bathroom. Clean linen is supplied for the bed plus there is storage for your clothing in the drawers or wardrobe. Your hosts will arrange a time to meet you for check-in and to show your around the apartment. They live in a separate apartment in the building but are always nearby should you have any questions. Walk to Canal Saint Martin, Le Marais and Père Lachaise. Tucked away from the main tourist routes, there's also plenty to discover locally, including street markets, wine bars, and parks. People watch at Place de la République, about 5 minutes away. ★ We are: - 2 minutes from Canal St Martin and a Paris Vélib bicycle rental stand. - 5 mins from République (West), Belleville (East) and trendy nightlife spot Rue Oberkampf (South). - 10 mins from the historical centre of Paris - Le Marais (Gay Paris) - and Gare de L'Est (Amelie, Hugo). - 15-20 mins (by foot) from Gare du Nord and Eurostar/Thalys International rail connections. The apartment located on the 3rd floor, with elevator, is both quiet and bright. It consists of an entrance, a large bright living room, an equipped kitchen, a bedroom with a 1.40 m x 1.90 m bed, a bathroom with a washing machine and toilet. The apartment is equipped with Wi-Fi. This lovely studio on the 2nd floor (access by stairs) overlooking a small courtyard is very quiet thanks to its insulated glazing. The mezzanine bed is comfortable, have easy access and optimizes space in the studio. Fully equipped kitchen: glass-ceramic cooktop, oven, microwave, dishwasher, Tassimo coffee machine for efficient breakfasts and affordable meals ;-) Bathroom refurbished in 2017. Located at the boarder of the 10th and the 11th, my apartment is located closed to the Canal Saint -Martin, Place de la République, and Haut Marais. This an atypical flat, full of charm, bright and sunny, perfect place for a couple. A lot of nice restaurants nearby. The bedroom is located on the courtyard (beautiful courtyard with town house), very peaceful and quiet, protected from the Faubourg. 4th floor without elevator.
