The unit was exactly as per picture. I like the location & all things provided in the unit ie Iron w ironboard, water dispenser, big smart TV, wifi, kitchen appliances etc. Designated parking was a bit distance but still walkable. Overall was a good stay for us. 👍🏻👍🏻👍🏻

Ashley’s place was rly lovely! You get pretty good facilities, and the view itself was amazing!!! I went on a short trip, which was perfect as we stayed in most of the time, enjoying the view and the facilities. The pool was rly great. their house was spotless, clean and they leave sweet notes around. Rly kind couple that ensured my stay was comfortable and I will definitely book it again when I’m back.

Hasifah's place is one of the best ones at The Ridge. Clean, complete kitchen, and most importantly had toys and books for kids to enjoy. Truly recommended, and we will definitely book again in the future.

Tony was super responsive and helpful. We were landing at 6am so I bought the room for the night before so we could check in right away and get some rest . Tony met us at 730am to let us in the apartment.

The apartment was great. The apartment was clean with no smells. There are enough utensils to cook, and a water bottle of water was a nice touch. The walls are thick so there is no noise and it's high up enough to avoid any street noise and feel private. The internet was stable and fast. Downstairs are a bunch of restaurants and cafes withe 2 grocery stores. My only complaint is that the internet in the building is all on the same subnet with other units, but I don't think this is in the hosts control. I had a great stay and would stay again in a heartbeat.

My family of 4 really had a comfortable and relaxing stay at this property. Natalie was the most gracious host who is very accommodating with questions and additional request. I really appreciate the flexibility and detailed instructions that she provided. On top of that, Natalie also went above and beyond to ensure we are comfortable due to the duration of the stay. the accommodation is located in on the shopping mall. So I could go market to buy fruits and drinks. there is very nearby Desa Park city, went for a walk with my family. it was good accommodation for holidays.

Tracy's place was easy to access, with a gorgeous view of the city centre but without the stress of being right in the middle of the city (slightly away from traffic and people). The location was relatively quiet, and the apartment was more spacious than the pictures portrayed. A very cosy stay with amenities around the area, good food, and a highly responsive host. Would definitely recommend this place to friends.

Loved the place - great location, unit and host!

This was the most lovingly appointed AirBNB house I've been to. Mind blowing attention to detail. Better than photos suggest. Lots and lots of goodies at home for guests. Beautiful furniture, cutlery, state-of-the-art appliances, and, most importantly, a very warm and positive vibe that makes you feel at home. The stunning city view is just an addition. Rachel is a very caring host, full of positive energy and hospitality. Not only was she super thorough in her instructions, but also friendly and welcoming. She offered me an early check-in, (which I really needed) and also a late check-out very generously. I could tell this is not just a business for her, but she's naturally a caring host and finds satisfaction in the happiness of her guests. The house is in a safe yet vibrant building with a must-visit SkyDeck. Kuala Lumpur is a beautiful city, but Rachel's home made it truly memorable for me. If I ever revisit KL, this is where I will stay for sure.

We really enjoyed our stay at Stephen's place in KL. The location is perfect, walkable to any kind of food you might want to try, to the malls, etc. The building is well equipped with a pool, gym and other amenities. The apartment feels like a proper home, which we enjoyed. Aside from some maintenance issues, the cleanliness was very good. Chitra the housekeeper was extremely friendly and helpful all along. Stephen responds very fast to any questions or concerns. We stayed for 2 months and had an issue with the freezer/fridge but it was resolved very promptly. Unfortunately there was construction in the building for 1 entire month which we would have liked to know in advance but sadly it was a surprise, in the end they were only very loud for a handful of days and the rest was tolerable. We would definitely stay at Stephen's place again when back in KL.

The room facilities and style are exactly the same as the pictures shown. This is the first place we stayed in Malaysia. You can see the special view of the Twin Peaks Tower directly from the window. The rooftop pool is also a special view!Check-in and check-out is very convenient, the Host responds to messages quickly and very well ~ There are two bedrooms suitable for four people, the apartment is very large and convenient to store things Please note: There are almost no convenience stores and restaurants near the residential condominium area, there are vending machines downstairs where you can buy water and drinks, but there are not many varieties.It is cheaper to take a taxi in Malaysia and it is quite convenient to go anywhere. Remember to buy some food and drinks when you come back from sightseeing to avoid inconvenience; also remember to bring a charging adapter

Very good and nice room to short stay or longer stay, i will stay longer as much as i can because of the room is very make us so welcome and satisfied. with the big TV with very good sound system + PS4 ! WHAT A COMBO. the cooking utensils also come with full package ! The washer too come with laundry soap ! The bed also very comfort to rest and sleep. The bed and the pillow is on top ! I wish i can stay here again and again ! Thank you owner because the common sense and the services is on top !
