A home from home, the Bastide is filled with an eclectic mix of personal and functional items that immediately allow you to relax. Beautiful and quiet surroundings. The host could not have been more communicative, instructive and friendly. She is relaxed and informative, very welcoming but not at all intrusive. We appreciated all the small touches during our stay and would highly recommend it to others.

Very quiet peaceful night

A wonderful stay, very nice domain with lots of animation, cozy gites, a host who leaves you in freedom but also very accessible and approachable with golden tips but also always interested in how things are really going. we would really recommend it to anyone both families with young children and older children. It is a beautiful area to explore and Anne Sophie, her husband Pascale and daughter Lily are incredibly attentive and sweet. Fantastic to be there!

We really enjoyed our stay here! 4 adults and 3 children aged 10-14. The villa is amazing with everything you could possibly need. It has been renovated to a very high standard which blends the modern and the traditional seamlessly. Beautiful views, quiet location, lovely pool. We really could not fault it. We have hired many villas and apartments over the years and this one is at the top level. All made better by the host (Elodie) responding to any issues almost immediately and the lovely sunshine we had all week! You will not regret booking this property!

Had a wonderful week, relaxed surroundings and accommodation was beautiful. For us after a busy week for this in the Pyrenees to recover and chill. There is little to do near the Gite, so you have to drive for a supermarket and nice villages. For our adolescents it was too quiet :-) But you can go nearby to a lake, canoe and also ride electric scooter through the area (recommended!). Anne is great and makes your stay perfect. Thanks for that!

We are a family of 5 who stayed with Paul for 5 weeks. It was super nice with kids and we had a great time. Mezin is cute little village with a couple of cafes, baker, butcher, pharmacy and a small supermarket. Lots of nice cities to visit in the surrounding area.

Came to stay at the gîte of Carine & Gerry with our little dog for the better part of a week and were welcomed on arrival by a wonderful couple who took great care to explain all aspects of our stay so that we could benefit from the superb location and the amenities on hand. From exploring the local towns recommended to us, to which boulangerie offers the best croissants we were never let down. Every moment of our stay on the property was a joy, for us and the dog who made friends with Vivi the young puppy in situ despite the language barrier. Already planning to visit again to spend more time in what is easily one of the most picturesque and welcoming parts of France and with a pair of exceptional hosts.

Excellent 4-day weekend with 6 friends + 1 dog at Roger and Suzanne's! They were very welcoming and warm. We particularly appreciated the wooded setting, with the presence of colorful peacocks. The house matches the listing, so we were able to rest peacefully during this charming stay, to be recommended!

Accommodation as described with all indoor and outdoor comforts, very nice pool in its hot weather. The surroundings are very quiet and not overlooked with all the necessities a few kilometers away for amenities ( Store, market etc.). Marie Chantal is a very welcoming and generous host who offered us freshly picked fruit several times and recommended very nice activities in the area as well as good places for local producers. Thanks again 👪

Marcel and Carola’s house was great: tastefully decorated, very spacious, comfortable and with a lovely setting in the Gers, close to beautiful villages like St. Clar, Lectoure, Sarrans, etc… Communication was fluid and easy. Definitely recommended!

Damien and Belinda are wonderful hosts and their place is really lovely. Totally secluded and peaceful, and fantastically well equipped (especially the kitchen). Would stay again in a heartbeat.

Lovely place, quiet and peaceful. We were hosted very well by the owner. The accommodation is impeccable and very well decorated and equipped. Our children really liked the dormitory. We'll be back when the horses are here!

This was a blissful getaway for a friend and I with our three children, aged 5, 13 and 15. It is remote, so you will certainly need a car (nearest convenience store a 10 min drive) but for a holiday to switch off it is perfect. It feels like a home from home, with a well stocked kitchen and comfortable beds. Given the location, do bring insect repellent as in the evenings there are lots of mosquitos (but that's just the countryside). All the kids loved the inflatables and we enjoyed the lovely sun loungers and outside dining area. The house is well stocked with games and the tennis court was also used. Well positioned to visit all the local towns (favourites are Vic Fezensac, Condom and Auch for the best Hypermarket) I would stay here again in a heartbeat. If you are scared of wasps, they do live in the stone wall that surround the pool, so will come out on a hot day - although if you leave them alone they are just thirsty and won't sting. Hope to return again if they'd have us!

Very pleasant stay at Sophie's despite bad weather. The place is very beautiful and well maintained, a real Noah's arch. Our only comment would be to specify that the room in which the second kitchen is located is attached to the guest house but does not have direct access to the guest house, so you have to leave the house to get to this room. Its proximity to the pool is still a charming room! For the rest, the accommodation is tastefully decorated and is very well equipped. Sophie was very friendly and gave good advice. We had the chance to taste its lemon drizzle, a lemon cake with the typical British recipe, like Sophie. One of the best we've tasted so far! We will be happy to come back if the opportunity arises.

Cozy cottage in the middle of a green setting. Lidvine and her companion are charming hosts. This stay in Gers enchanted us.

Julien and Boris are real hosts: available, smiling, very communicative. we felt very comfortable very quickly in this little piece of heaven. The walk in their park is just perfect. The renovation of the cottage is done with great taste and very well insulated acoustically but also against the 35 degrees that accompanied us during our stay. But that's not all, Boris is a fine cook and we were able to enjoy his talents. Thanks again to the 2 of them for introducing us to this peaceful retreat.

We had a great stay in the countryside. We visited the area and made nice walks and visits thanks to the very abundant documentation made available to us by Rosy and Bernard and thanks to their advice. We were also able to enjoy the swimming pool and the very pleasant company of our charming and generous hosts Rosy and Bernard.

We absolutely loved staying here. With it’s fantastic pool and ping pong, serene surroundings and kind hosts, Labarde was a perfect stay. Brilliantly located for local towns and villages and tucked away with gorgeous views. The apartment had everything we needed and had plenty of outside seating options. Paul and Anna were always available to help or advise. It was a wonderful holiday! ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️
