Grand 2 pieces entièrement rénové et climatisé pour 4 personnes face au vieux port de Golfe Juan, vue exceptionnelle sur la mer et le port, troisième et dernier étage ( pas d'ascenseur ), à 2 minutes à pied des plages de sable fin, 2 minutes de la gare qui dessert de Marseille jusqu'à Monaco, commerces à 50 mètres, 8 minutes en train ou en voiture de Cannes ou d'Antibes et Juan les Pins. Tout confort ( grande douche à l'italienne, grand dressing dans la chambre, cuisine entièrement équipée...

Sweet little studio, perfect for a couple or just a weekend getaway.Two minute walk to the beach and a five minute walk to the train station and shops. The studio consists of a double bed and couch, a small kitchen including all basic ammenities, a bathroom with shower. Unique to the studio is a 25 square meter terrace with 2 sunbeds, a barbecue and seating area for 4 people. The studio has a shared entrance with our home and there is street parking available.

Attention des travaux de construction (voir 2 dernières photos) peuvent ÉVENTUELLEMENT occasionner des nuisances sonores réparties dans une plage horaire légale de 7h à 20h( sauf dimanche et jours fériés). Le chemin d'accès est abîmé par le chantier mais reste carrossable. A cause de cette éventualité , je propose une réduction de 30% . Cette maison assure un séjour de charme tout en étant à proximité du centre ville de Cannes (en voiture) et se sa vie nocturne.

Lots of space and light, bohemian style interieur with a touch of modern art. The view within 180 degrees is breathless and leads you to far horizons. West le CAP d'ANTIBES, east les ILES DE LERINS. Right above the old harbour and the restaurants yachts cruisent and dock. 2 marvellous beaches in 300 et 600m foot distance. town center and station in 5 min by foot, Nice airport in 30 min by bus or train .
