Sandra was a wonderful host, from start to finish. The apartment was better than described in a great location and all within walking distance to Calp area. The view from the apartment overlooking the sea and Ifach was superb! Very clean and would certainly use this apartment again if in the Calpe region again. Thanks Sandra!

Had a wonderful stay! The apartment has such a good location, in the most beautiful area of Alicante Center and few minutes away from the beach and port. The street however was quiet and there was plenty of shadow , not needing the AC on. It is close to great restaurants and bars, has a small supermarket and a small restaurant right downstairs. The apartment is wonderful decorated by Thea, the designer who welcome us and who who found the perfect way to integrate the day and night areas in such a comfortable and elegant way. Everything was perfectly clean looking brand new. The communication was great, both Frans and Thea were helping proactively with recommendations and tips.

Very nice contact with the host, responds quickly and kindly. We were able to drop off our suitcase a little earlier, which was great. Got tips on what to do in the area. Apartment is exactly as shown in the pictures; clean and neatly furnished. Amazing view over the sea. Walking to the beach is easy, but if you want to go to the center of Benidorm or Alicante, you have to take into account that this is quite a bit further.

Great location, only a very short walk to the beach. Hosts are extremely proactive and responsive to any queries.

Great place to stay! The apartment was very clean and well-equipped – both the kitchen and bathroom had everything needed for a comfortable stay. A big plus was the location – close to shops, the beach, and the city center, so everything was within walking distance. There are also plenty of restaurants nearby. The windows offered a beautiful sea view, which we really enjoyed. An additional advantage was the private underground parking located just a 5-minute walk away. The only downside was that the bedrooms face the street – at night you could hear some traffic noise, which might be a slight inconvenience for light sleepers. Other than that, the apartment met all our expectations and we would gladly stay there again. Best regards!

This place was beyond my expectation. Laura has to be the best host I've come across. She was super responsive and went over and beyond to help us with restaurant/ sight seeing recommendations. The place is in a great location and very clean. I traveled with my parents and we felt right at home. The kitchen was fully stocked with spices and kitchen supplies. Beautiful view of sunrise and sunset. I'd absolutely stay here again.

What a amazing place. Everything you could wish for,in a quiet location, but on the doorstep to the port,and town.Local bar five minute walk. Wonderful cafe/restaurant in the fishing harbour, with food to die for. The apartment is spotlessly clean,with all the facilities you could wish for. We had an incredible experience during our stay at this apartment in Finestrat. From the moment I arrived, I was impressed by the amazing premium view of Benidorms skyline(Manhattan of Spain). It was a truly spectacular view, especially at night when the city was lit up. The apartment is perfectly located, with a short distance to a large selection of shops, which made it very convenient to get everything you need without any problems. In addition, the apartment was very clean and nicely decorated, providing a pleasant and comfortable atmosphere. The pool area was also a highlight of the stay. There were several pools to choose from, including an impressive infinity pool, which provided the opportunity to relax in the sun or take a refreshing swim. Air conditioning in the apartment was also excellent, with the right AI mode that kept the temperature stable and comfortable all the time. We would be happy to come back at a later date. I can highly recommend this place to everyone

This is a beautiful apartment very close to the beach. There are amazing views of the sea from the living area, terrace and main bedroom. Angelo was punctual and helpful at check-in and everywhere was super clean. Excellent communication with the hosts and some minor issues were dealt with promptly. We had a car and drove into central Altea every day, but I'm guessing it's about a 25 minute walk. There is a very good supermarket close by and a few restaurants. We will be back!

The accommodation is very complete,you have to do everything from rest to having a few games to the villar,like to hit a relaxing bath in the jacuzzi and the cleanliness is 10.The beds are very comfortable we will repeat in other times everything perfect.

The place is way better than the pics. Imaculate place, super clean, really quite, no noise, great swimming pool, easy parking. We were 5 people and we had enough space for everybody. 2 good rooms and splendid bathroom. Segundo is a really good host always responds quick, he gives clear and straight instructions, he makes goods suggestions and obviously he knows the area pretty well. 100% recommended. We will repeat without any doubt.

Very clean apartment and just as described in the photos. Perfect location if what you are looking for is tranquility outside the hustle and bustle of Benidorm. The facilities of the urbanization especially the incredible pool and no crowds. Ignace very attentive and receptive to solve any problem that may arise.

I'm spending Holy Week with my partner. The area is very quiet and the apartment is absolutely fantastic, it has everything you need to spend your stay with all the amenities. The host is fabulous, good service and excellent welcome gift 👌👌

This is a beautiful unit, clean and very spacious a with a lovely view of the sea. You will need a car to get around as there are no services within walking distance but the beach is a very short walk and you can spend your entire day on the units decks and hot tubs. Outdoor pool was closed for the season but it looks very nice and clean.

We really enjoyed our stay at the apartment. The residence has great facilities, and the apartment itself had everything we needed for a comfortable and relaxing holiday. Highly recommended!
