Lighted arena. Close to: Manassas Battlefield (25 mile trail); Skymeadow State Park (nice trails); several hunt clubs; VRE connections - to METRO; 3 miles to Manassas airport. Not accepting pets for the time being. Several wineries and breweries within 12 miles - ONLY 6 miles to Jiffy Lube Live.

I really enjoyed my stay at Mary's and Brian's place. Both people are approachable and communicate well, and they are also very welcoming. The apartment is upstairs over their garage and thus separate from the main house, although adjacent to it. The surrounding fields and grounds around the house are nice, so an overall peaceful and private place to stay. I'll be back when I come to the area again!

This place was awesome the views are incredible and the privacy was like nowhere else. As long as you have 4wd and don’t mind some steps this is a perfect place for couples. Everything was clean and exactly as described. Kevin was even proactive in letting us know the power had went out before we got there and then immediately let us know it was back on. This place really is a hidden gem and you are within 15-30 minutes of restaurants and shopping. We will definitely try to stay here again in the future.

Bethany and Chris are extremely responsive and wonderful hosts. They are responsive and accommodating. The apartment is perfectly private and comfortable, convenient to all of the shopping in Stafford, and close to 95 and Fredericksburg for historical sight seeing and shopping. We’ve booked 3x with Bethany and Chris and will definitely be back!
