A short walk to restaurants and bars, etc. Surfboard/bike-storage friendly room, free street parking. This is not an apartment, it's a room in our home with a private entrance and bathroom. Located in the Central Richmond. 5 minute walk to the Presidio gate, 15 minutes to Baker Beach, and 25 minutes to Golden Gate Park. Great nature abound as well as restaurants nearby. The bus stops a block away that goes straight to downtown. The space is located on Lake Street, which is a slow street with few cars - great for walking, hiking, and biking.
