Family holiday house with private yard just a few meters from the sand and the sea infront of the NeaChora beach lifeguard tower. The house is newly renovated in 2022 and fully equipped. It consists of a bedroom with a double bed 1,50x2m and a bedroom with two single beds 0,90x1,90m, Full kitchen and a big family dinning/living room. A minute walk will get you at "limanaki" with the beautiful tavernas, and within a 15/20 minutes walk you will be in the center of Chania and the old Venetian port!

A bright sleeping area features a spacious bed with two pillows, positioned in front of large glass panels that showcase a lush green landscape. Sunlight filters through the trees, creating a serene atmosphere.

Capacity: 4 to 5 people Floor level: Kitchen (fully furnished with washing machine-coffee maker-oven) and lounge -air conditioning. Bathroom with shower and a bedroom with double bed. On loft: a double bed and an extra bed. the house has its own place to swim to share (occasionally) another house of the same owner! It is really a superb place, with a patio overlooking the bay.

The house has beautiful sea view, is in a quiet place and its ideal for family vacations. Its fully furnished and equipped. It's only 7,6 km away from the airport and 16 km from the centre of Chania. We also rent a smaller house for 3 people "STAY SALTY 2".
