Pretty half-timbered percheron house, renovated from top to bottom in 2010 with all the comforts, but keeping all its soul. A place where everyone seems to feel good, with sunny days in the large south-facing garden, or near the large fireplace in winter. 2 cozy bedrooms on the 1st floor (1 with double bed and 1 with 2 single beds), and downstairs, after the large living/dining room of 50 m2, a small office with 1 single bed and a large fully-equipped kitchen full of light. A private outdoor terrace, with living room, garden table and BBQ. Guests can enjoy a heated swimming pool of 15 X 4 M . This place is ideal for relaxing, strolling in an exceptional garden with century-old oaks and visiting the Region.

We fell in love with Perche and renovated this little piece of heaven: La Grande Maison for us and La Petite Maison for our guests... so that you too can experience the Perche Effect!

Welcome to our charming cottage between Beauce and Perche, 38 m² outbuilding of our main house. Enjoy an independent garden and park your car in our private space. Less than 30 km from Chartres and 5 km from Courville-sur-Eure train station (Paris-Montparnasse line), you are here in the heart of nature, conducive to calm and rest. In a beautiful bucolic setting and by the water, an atypical and inspiring accommodation: the stables of a mill on the Eure. The sound of the river, the song of the birds, the 13th century mill are there for a total change of scenery. The river lends itself to a short swim, a kayak ride or a fishing trip. Fields and forests surround the mill and offer you many bike rides. And what a pleasure to have a picnic by a lake at sunset!
