It was nice to be met at the house in person and showed around by Marvalyn who is so friendly & helpful. This is a very spacious home which was well equipped. Providing bottled water, dishwasher tablets, soap powder, shower gel, toothpaste and mouth wash was such a generous and thoughtful addition. Our family felt very comfortable there and would definitely come back there again. I highly recommend Benn’s Bivouac to others.

This is my fourth or fifth time staying at Holly's place. My repeated stays speak to the exceptional service Holly renders as a host, cleanliness of place, safety, and value for money that Holly's place delivers I would recommend anyone to stay there.
A yellow wall brightens the outdoor balcony area, where a white washing machine is positioned against the wall. A small potted plant adds a touch of greenery on top of the machine. Sunlight casts soft shadows, enhancing the cheerful atmosphere.

I stayed in two apartments. This 1-bedroom was cozy, perfect for my partner and I. I felt comfortable, right at home. I can’t wait to return.

This place truly is a hidden gem in Georgetown! Kathy was an excellent host- and she went above and beyond to make me feel welcomed and safe in the space. My flight was delayed, but she was so flexible and kept in touch throughout the whole process, to make sure I wasn’t anxious about my late arrival. She also checked in with me consistently, since I’m a single gal staying alone in a big city, and this really made me feel right at home! The space is lovely and clean, and the AC was so good- very much needed in this hot city. It’s also in a really central location. Kathy also had great recommendations for places to grab delicious food, and put me in touch with a reliable taxi driver. All in all, I had a really great stay here, and it’s safe to say I’ll be back next time I’m in Guyana!

I had to find a place to stay last minute while in town for my grandma’s funeral, and the host was quick to respond since I booked the same day I arrived. The apartment was clean, and I was already familiar with the area. I would definitely stay here again.

This was my second time staying at K-Villa, and once again, it was absolutely amazing! The space is beautifully maintained, cozy, and gives that perfect “home away from home” feeling. Every detail is thoughtfully taken care of, and the comfort and cleanliness are top-notch. The hosts are welcoming and responsive, making the whole experience smooth and enjoyable. I’ll definitely be back again—this place is a gem in Guyana!

A nice spacious apartment, which may be good for a couple or family. The place was clean and had all basic amenities. The location is a bit far from the centre of Georgetown.
