That sounds like a dream! A completely newly renovated apartment with a private terrace and garden is really special. The separate entrance provides privacy and the parking in the courtyard is extremely convenient. Modern and very well-equipped holiday flat directly on Lake Constance with its own beach and several outdoor seating areas. In summer it is wonderful to sunbathe, cool off in the lake and barbecue on the large terrace. In the colder months, the barrel sauna (Extra fees) in the garden, the fireplace, the duo bathtub and the direct lake view invite you to linger in a cosy atmosphere.

A combination lockbox is mounted on a textured wall. The lock features a series of numbered dials, allowing for code entry. Its metallic finish reflects light, providing a secure option for key storage.

We had a wonderful time on the island of Reichenau. Thanks to the extremely friendly and warm communication with the host Kerstin, we felt right at home from the start. The apartment is very elegant, modern and cozy and is very well equipped. We particularly liked the location and the beautifully landscaped garden overlooking the lake - there were various seats, one of which was directly on the terrace of the apartment. The tranquility, the beautiful lakeside paths overlooking the lake and the vegetation made the stay on Reichenau a very special vacation experience. Recommended is the nearby Strandbad restaurant with evening sundowner. The café at the museum and the fish restaurant on the lake road are also a must for staying on the island. We took bike tours on and around the island - Radolfzell, Constance and other small lake resorts were easily accessible. All in all, we recommend everything without reservation.

A round grill occupies a stone patio, with grilled fish resting on the grate. The backdrop features a serene lake with a sailboat in the distance and clouds scattered across the sky. A glass of wine and a bottle sit on the ledge, enhancing the outdoor dining experience.

Fantastic apartment with everything you can imagine, that you wouldn't even have asked yourself if you could need it! 😊 Everything is there!!! The apartment is very tastefully decorated and very nicely renovated in the old villa. Julia and Reza are very accommodating hosts who give you very good tips for excursions in the area and take very good care of their guests. All in all, this was the absolute and unconditional number 1 apartment we have ever been allowed to stay in!!! A 100% recommendation!!! Thank you From there you can make very nice excursions, e.g. to the Rhine Falls to Schaffhausen or you can walk a very nice path in about an hour to Constance. About 5 minutes by car there is a beautiful spa, the island of Mainau is also only 5 minutes by car and everything is wonderfully accessible by bike paths. And there are nice restaurants in every price range nearby and also a supermarket.

We had a very pleasant stay at Jela's apartment. The apartment is spacious, well located for exploring the Bodensee area. Parking is very nice.
