The Grünberg cable car is nearby and a swimming area on Lake Traunsee is only a 4-minute walk away. The station of the "Regiotram" Gmunden Schloss Weyer is only 15 minutes away. Upstairs is an apartment of the owners with private entrance, so you have absolute privacy.
