It’s all about nature! This adorable wooden cottage is located on a little slice of lakeside wilderness. It is serene, peaceful located 3km from the main road 63 and motorized boats are not allowed on the lake. You'll be surrounded by mature trees and a variety of birds and animals. There is a private, sandy lakeshore with its own big T-shape dock. It's perfect for swimming, fishing, and relaxing. The cottage is private,clean and comfortable. Barn House

A 5-bedroom house for 10 people. A living room with a fireplace connected to the kitchen. In the Barn there is a billiard room with a fireplace. The house has a very large wooden terrace with a Jacuzzi (open in the summer season), sun loungers, sofas and an outdoor dining room. The barn is located in a large garden for the exclusive use of guests, with access to a pond with a bridge. There is free Wi-Fi in the house. The barn is an allergy-friendly place, so we invite you to come without pets.

Niegocin Oasis

This semi-detached home offers direct access to a private beach on Lake Niegocin, perfect for enjoying picturesque sunsets or cozy bonfires. Three bedrooms on the upper floor, each with a window offer wonderful views. Guests can relax in the living room, equipped with a fireplace and a large plasma TV with streaming services. The downstairs master bathroom has a shower, while the smaller bathroom is upstairs. The garden has a wooden cabana with a large table, benches and a grilling area.
