There is a private, sandy lakeshore with its own big T-shape dock. It's perfect for swimming, fishing, and relaxing. The cottage is private, clean and comfortable. The Water House consists of 2 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms and a living room with a kitchen. In addition, the house has, among others, air conditioning, a washer-dryer, a dishwasher, a coffee machine and others. It has access to the lake - beach + pier. There is a playground for children, a trampoline, a place for a bonfire, a boat, a water bike, a 10x5m swimming pool (open from June to September). It also has a SPA (Finnish sauna, hot tub with massages, salt grotto) overlooking the lake.

The villa is located on Lake Kisajno (on the Great Masurian Lakes route) in a quiet part of Giżycko, which is known as the sailing capital of the Masuria region. The villa "on Lake Kisajno" is a comfortable modern-style residence built in 2015, located in the Tracz Bay on Lake Kisajno, directly by the marina, within a closed housing estate in a quiet and touristy part of Giżycko.
