Comfortable and spacious, 1,100 sq ft, 2 bedroom, 2 bathroom in South Island gated complex, just two miles from the beach and Pier area. Upstairs. Perfect for as little as 1 guest or as many as 6. This condo is kept immaculately clean and fresh. Along with king in the master, the 2nd bedroom has a new queen full memory foam mattress. Pool, fitness room, fast Wifi, free gated parking, laundry. Lots of natural light!

Our condo is located on the second floor(no elevator) in the back of the complex. We have a private deck that is perfect for your morning cup of coffee. The complex has two pools (one seasonally heated), tennis courts and a pond. Ocean Walk is located less than a mile from the pier, beach, shopping and dining.

You walk in and see all the upgrades and new furnishings this home has to offer for you and your group. The complex is gated and located in walking distance to many restaurants, Redfern Village, and one of our grocery stores. We also offer a pool, workout room, tennis court and play ground. St Simons Townhouse Close to Beach and Village

This townhome is less than a mile to Coast Guard beach access and close to The Village area with shops and restaurants. Both bedrooms have a queen and a full bed. The kitchen is well stocked with a dining area with seating for six. Private back patio with seating. Please note there is not a washer/dryer within the condominium but there is a coin laundry facility on property. Community pool on the property is opened seasonally. Please inquiry for pet policy.
