This is a well-stocked house with wonderful views in a beautiful location. We felt right at home. The host and hostess are very responsive. This is a great location to relax in or drive to the nearby fjords.

We had a very nice time with a wonderful view and tranquility. From there you can do a lot with the family or simply stay in the house and use the swing on the tree or play games. We thank you for a great stay.

What a wonderful place! Høyseth Camping is a hidden gem surrounded by breathtaking mountain views and pure nature. It’s the perfect starting point for beautiful hikes — you can walk straight into the mountains from your tent or cabin. The atmosphere is peaceful and relaxing, ideal for anyone looking to unwind and enjoy the outdoors. Berthe and Staffan are incredibly kind and welcoming, always happy to chat and full of great tips. The campsite is spotless and well maintained. The brand new sanitary building is fantastic: spacious, modern, and with wonderfully warm showers. Everything here feels done with love and care. We’ve stayed at many places in Norway, but this one truly stands out. Highly recommended — we hope to come back one day!

what a beautiful place & Berthe Marie was so friendly and helpful - would absolutely recommend

The time at Berthe Marie's was great, she was very warm and she and her husband gave us many tips for excursions in the area. Everything was sparkling clean, we'd come back any time. The area is really stunning, the hike to the glacier is highly recommended

honestly i was quite afraid before I came to the house I thought it will be very hard to reach adress and set up everything. i was so wrong... place is absolutely amazing. road to the house isnt bad at all I was expecting something worse but actually road is in very good condition. house is placed in very beatiful area on the top of the hill with amazing view. taking hot bath outside house is worth any money! nights with fire place just love it! once everything is set and ready to use living there is a very unique and nice experience. summer time must be amazing there! hope I will come back in summer

We had a fantastic stay at Oddvar’s beautiful cabin; it had everything we needed and we really appreciated the well-equipped kitchen and laundry room. The views from the hot tub and garden are incredible and very peaceful/private. The cabin was clean, tidy and felt very homely. We would certainly come back and would recommend to anyone wanting to stay in the local area, or explore further afield from such a lovely base home. Oddvar is a great host, good communication, responsive and friendly. 10/10 🙌🏻 Thank you!

Amazing view and very comfortable stay. Highly recommend for people visiting Sandane or Stryn. Brite is really friendly too.
