The Airbnb has a portable AC installed to help keep it cool! The house is in a very convenient location close to Autzen Stadium(6 mins), the University of Oregon(12 mins), and downtown Springfield(7 mins)! Located in a working class neighborhood. This is one side of a beautifully remodel duplex. You have full access to the home including the living room, kitchen, bathroom, and two bedrooms each with queen size beds! Each bedroom as a very comfortable memory foam queen size mattress!

This was a trip with my 88 year old dad, and I needed someplace really special that would be compfortable for him, peaceful so he could rest, and memorable. This place delivered! I've never stayed in a place that was EXACTLY like the photos, but this one was! The rear deck was amazing, the view of the river couldn't be beat, and it had everything we needed. Literally everytime one of us said "I wish we had a ...." we'd open a cabinet or drawer and there it would be. LOL magic!

Jordan’s place was absolutely perfect! As soon as we walked in, I was in awe of how beautiful and spacious it was. The decor was cozy and stylish, and the beds were incredibly comfortable. I can’t sleep in a warm room, so I was thrilled the AC worked great — it got nice and cold, which helped me sleep soundly. I always travel with my own fan, but to my surprise, there was already one provided in the cabinet — my kids used it and loved it! The full-size fridge was a plus, even though we didn’t bring much food. The couches were comfy and reclined, and there were plenty of linens provided. The only thing we needed was shampoo, and it was brought to us right away. Jordan was responsive and helpful, and the whole stay felt easy and relaxing. I would absolutely stay here again — it truly felt like a home away from home!

This little cottage is a gem. It is small but well furnished with a full kitchen. Everything looks brand new. The bed is super comfortable and there is lots of privacy. Rachel and her family are very friendly and helpful. The communication was excellent. The neighborhood is really nice. I had my dog with me and we took lots of walks. There is a great park just a block away. I enjoyed my stay while visiting my son at U of O. I would definitely stay again.

Scott seems like a great guy, who was very communicative! Place is priced perfectly- which is rare to find. Simple place to stay for a few nights with everything you could need. Clean, cozy, and peaceful with all of the natural light! Definitely planning to stay here again in the future. Cheap uber rides to anywhere you need to get. Thank you!!

We visited family in Springfield and Amy’s spot was perfectly located to meet up with family, get to freeways, or walk to old town. The cleanest Airbnb I’ve ever stayed in. Loved that it felt extra private with its own little courtyard. The photos don’t do it justice. It’s much larger in person. Very comfortable space. We’d definitely want to stay here again if we’re in the area.
