The intimate studio includes a new en-suite, a fully equipped kitchenette and a smart TV with on-line content. As our guests, you can enjoy your own sunny courtyard and walk around the gardens. The king single beds can be joined to make a comfortable mega king. A small fold up bed is available for a child to medium height.

Conveniently located with Sawtell, Bellingen and Urunga all within 15 mins. The local bowling club and cafe are just 3km down the road and North beach only 3.5 km.

Studio style living, Rural area close to Grafton

The flat is a separate dwelling from the main house on a small Farmlet 7-10 minutes from the centre of Grafton. Features include a washing machine, smart Tv, fully equipped kitchen, free unlimited wi-fi, pillow top mattress’s and quality sheets. Lots of space to park boats, trucks or tool trailers. It is very unlikely anything will be stolen or vandalised where we are. Inside, the flat is an open plan layout with the two sleeping spaces being separated by a wall.

This brand new tiny home offers the best of both worlds. Not only can you escape into a rural setting with ocean views but as an added bonus the beach is only a 3 minute drive. Sapphire Beach is the sort after destination for locals and tourists because it offers peace and tranquillity whilst still being close to everything. In the afternoons you can have drink with the sunset and see wildlife such as kangaroos, wallabies, echidnas and a large variety of birds.
