This was a great find! Would 100% recommend this location for future guests. They had little snacks in the cupboard and bottled water nice and cold in the fridge. Great communication from the hosts!

Great stay! The studio was very clean, quiet, and comfortable — perfect for relaxing after a day of exploring. It’s conveniently close to DC, making it easy to get into the city without the noise. Would definitely stay again!

I stayed in DC over 20 times in the past 20 years. I have to say Chris’s place was at the top of the list. I picked it because we were going to the Smithsonian zoo. Which was only a 8 minute walk to the Harvard walk in gate. The best restaurant within walking distance was ll Supremo Italian food. Very good for such a small place

The place was perfect for our stay! Spacious enough for the 2 of us to work privately during the day and be on video/calls without disturbing the other. It has all of the things you might need when visiting (particularly appreciated the umbrellas, laundry detergent, toiletries, etc!). Location cant be beat and the margaritas across the street went down smoothly (maybe too smooth!). Very responsive and helpful hosts. Helped us check in early. Would absolutely stay here again.

Perfect location for a few days in Washington DC. Space is relatively large, and equipped with every comfort (including a washing machine and a dryer!!!). Located in an eclectic neighborhood, about 7 minutes to the nearest subway station. A tip to also use one of the shared bikes or scooters nearby to explore the neighborhood. This way, you can really feel how the neighborhood works!

My stay was great. Randy was friendly and communicative and the place was 100% as it was described.

Very responsive host. The side yard is very nice for people with dogs that travel. Location is very nice but DC traffic during rush hour can be rough but this can be planned for. Would stay again.

John and Adam were excellent hosts. There were very responsive to my questions and issues. I loved the grounds and very well stocked kitchen. I would gladly stay there again.

This home is in a very nice neighborhood tucked away and with in walking distance to UMD. There are stairs to get in and barstool height chairs. It is well furnished and very comfortable. The hosts were friendly and very helpful! I enjoyed 2 of their recommendations for dinner out! Great stay and highly recommend!

Above & beyond! The home was in a great spot with an excellent price. Tim was extremely accommodating with our requests and communication was perfect. The refrigerator was stocked with eggs and butter. The cupboards were stocked with staples and all the supplies we needed - toilet soap, shampoo, Kleenex, paper towels, bath towels, snacks, granola bars, etc. We would highly recommend this Airbnb to anyone and would use again. This place was exactly what we needed for our weekend as a family! We were in town for my little sister’s graduation so the space and location was ideal for us. Ezekiel’s space is as described and very clean. Because everything was so seamless we didn’t interact much but when we did he was polite and accommodating. All in all 10/10 experience. It’s right next to grocery stores and a shopping complex if you need to grab something quickly during you stay. Bonuses: the grill on the deck, the garage for easy offloading and the TVs in every room if you want to have some private/alone downtime. Highly recommend and would stay again!

After losing out on three different rentals we found this house. We were staying the week for our son’s graduation from the Naval Academy. It was perfect for our family. We didn’t care about being in downtown Annapolis and this place is perfect for some quiet time and relaxing from the hustle and bustle of graduation week. Would recommend this place for everybody. We've stayed at Kopal's quite a few times - very peaceful neighborhood, very close to Lake Artemisia, which is lovely for walking, also very close to College Park. Great location. The house is always very clean, well-equipped and Kopal is so responsive.

Immediately check in to the house I felt peace, my parents and close family members were hosted there for my out of state wedding. This was a very place.

We had a lovely time in this home. It was very well appointed- they thought of everything. Traveling with small children is always a challenge but they all the amenities for the children- including built in potty seat in bathrooms and step stool. Host was very responsive during the entire stay. Only complaint would be the internal temperature. The thermostat was controlled by the host and the temperature fluctuated on each level of the townhome. I recommend unlocking the thermostat and let guests regulate.

Our stay at Occaquan was peaceful, relaxing, and very much needed. Arriving to the parking lot was a breeze, only because if John's specific instructions to find it, that was very much appreciated after a long drive. Walking into the place, first impression, looks just like the picture. The very next thought, "how cute is this". From the beautiful window behind the couch with a lovely tree to watch birds in to the cozy feeling of being in a familiar place. This place is quiet, surrounded with beautiful historic scenery, and has many local shops and vendors to spend an afternoon exploring. We walked down to the park by the water way and learned some history while soaking up the sun and the breeze of nature. I absolutely recommend John's place for a stay. I know I will be returning for a simple, relaxing get away, once again! Thank you John for everything!

My friends and I had an amazing stay at George’s place. The location was perfect, we weren’t far at all from the attractions we wanted to see. The unit was very spacious, beautifully decorated, and very clean. My favorite area was the patio and my friends enjoyed the shower with the jets after a long day of traveling. I would definitely stay again and recommend highly to anyone visiting DC.

Great apartment! Sean’s apartment is very comfortable and tastefully decorated. It is completely quiet at night and the bed is good. There is a good vibe in the neighbourhood and the apartment is less than five minutes from a Green Line metro station that will take you directly to the best art museums in the city. Sean and his co-hosts are very helpful and responsive. I hope to come back to Washington one day and if that happens, I will definitely try to book Sean’s apartment again. Thank you Sean, Megan and Loren for all your helpfulness and a lovely stay!

My girlfriends and I were in Washington DC for National Police Week & were looking for a place close to the city but reasonably priced. We found Chris’s place. It had everything we needed. It was clean, modern, just as described & came with a book of recommendations. The area is nice & we felt safe. Great restaurants. The bus & train r walking distance. We learned how to use public transportation instead to taking our car to avoid traffic and parking fees. My bedroom window faced the street so I could hear the cars & people walk by but when I turned on the fan I didn’t hear anything. Also this is a Renovated basement & have upstairs neighbors & can hear them walking around so if u r looking for a super silent place then this isn’t the place for u. It didn’t bother us. It has a private entrance and it was super easy to find. Chris was so attentive & helped with whatever we needed. He was an awesome host!

Cheri and Cliff’s home was immaculate! I will absolutely be booking for a future staycation! The bnb was so cute and they were extremely responsive! I was a little nervous that they were staying above the home at first, and despite the footsteps on the ceiling, there were no disturbances whatsoever; it will not deter me from future bookings with them! 10/10

Jamil & Rania, are easily the most responsive hosts we have experienced on AirBnb. They made everything from check in to check out so easy; got back within minutes on any questions or concerns. The pics do not do the apartment justice. The decor and layout is in such good classic taste, everything from the wonder sofa, bathroom fittings, Master bed is the most comfortable bed ever slept in and sheets, duvet and pillows are high quality. Going to see if we can buy that mattress:-) Kitchen is very well stocked in terms of dishware, pots and pans etc, Coffee maker and k cups an added bonus, Dis-washer super easy to use. Work desk as super addition for log in to check work emails - wi-fi excellent. Sofa amazing as is mirror and walk in closet. Give them 5 stars, definitely stay again; definitely recommend! Thank to you both!
