Washer and Dryer, Fast Wifi , Large flat screen, fully equipped kitchen, large fridge, dishwasher, micro wave, coffee maker, BBQ grill on patio w/ outdoor furniture and plenty of boat parking. It's a quite neighborhood, 8 minutes away from Horseshoe Bend , Antelope Canyon and Lake Powell. Very clean home.

The sunsets are amazing and the if your here for the balloon regatta or the 4th of July your in for a treat! Best place to be for both of those events! Step out onto the golf course at sunset for stunning canyon and lake views! Great location! We can't accommodate ANY animals due to severe allergies.
