Kristopher's place was perfect for a quick (3-day) conference at the National Harbor. Kristopher was very quick to answer whenever I had questions, and he provided detailed instructions on check-in, check-out, and general expectations during my stay. I was able to check in easily by myself and Kris was very warm and kind when I met him in person. I would definitely stay here next time I am in the area.

I thoroughly enjoyed my two-month stay—it honestly felt like a home away from home. The space was exactly as described: clean, comfortable, and had everything I needed. The host was amazing—super responsive and communicative the entire time, which made everything easy and stress-free. The neighborhood is peaceful and pet-friendly, which was a huge plus. And the location couldn’t be more convenient—close to major highways, grocery stores, restaurants, and plenty of things to do. Whether you’re laying low or exploring the area, it’s all within reach. I’d definitely stay here again. Highly recommend!

This place was exactly as described. It was a perfect stay. I stayed for several months. It was peaceful, clean and it felt like home away from home. Rahsaan was always responsive when needed. He often proactively communicates if anything needs to be shared. He is friendly but very respectful of privacy. There is a private entrance and almost feels like a studio apartment. There is always a maximum of 1 other guest as there are only 2 rooms. So no overcrowding or needing to share space with multiple people which can be challenging with different personalities and character. The room is very comfortable. I worked remotely while there and it was perfect. I would highly recommend to anyone looking for a pleasant place to stay. But I would only recommend to those who will be as respectful of his home and space as he is to his guests. I definitely plan to return again.

Really nice place and close to the National Mall. Fantastic host, she communicated prior to my stay and offered to bring me to the airport. Definitely recommend staying here. Super friendly and welcoming.
