The apartment is a studio open space apartment - and it's all yours to enjoy! There are no areas in the apartment that you cannot use or access! We love hosting, but also respect our guests' privacy! We are here for you as much as you would like! Located just off Gran Via in lively buzzing Malasana neighborhood with its great range of authentic cafes, tapas & bars. Huge Zara Primark & Mango are minutes away. Best Madrid sites like Royal Palace, Puerta del Sol & Museums are in walking distance The Central Metro Station Gran Via is a 2 minute walk from the apartment. From there you can take the metro to anywhere you want in Madrid and also to all the train stations that will take you out of Madrid to the rest of Spain. If you come by car, a big parking lot is located at Barco 1, Madrid, just a minute from the apartment. There is also a bicycle-rental station close by. A hosting kit of water, soda, milk, coffee, tea and sweetners will be waiting to welcome you :-)

Apartamento de techo alto pegado a la casa de campo de Madrid. A 150 metros tenéis la boca de metro Alto de Extremadura y justo al lado una parada de autobús donde paran cinco líneas de autobuses que os llevarán al centro histórico de Madrid en pocos minutos, además también hay una línea nocturna que sale desde la plaza de Cibeles. En un radio de 100 m tenéis bares, farmacia,estanco, supermercados, pastelería,banco, etc, para que no os falte de nada. EN EL APARTAMENTO NO ESTÁ PERMITIDO FUMAR.

The kitchen is fully equipped and air-conditioned. It includes a full bathroom and a bedroom with a double bed. We provide bed linen, towels and WiFi, among others. Ideal to enjoy Madrid with comfort and good connection. IMPORNTANT: it is a second floor without lift.
