Quarrymans Cottage in Snowdonia

JamesRating, 5 stars2 weeks ago
Beautiful cottage, very well restored, tastefully done. Connaire was an excellent host answering our questions very quickly. The place itself is well situated for many of the main trails up Snowdon and close to some other great walks. Highly recommended.
A steam train travels along a winding track, set against a backdrop of rolling green hills and rugged mountains. The train features vintage carriages painted in red and cream, contrasting with the lush landscape surrounding it. A gentle stream flows nearby, completing the serene scene.

Contemporary miners' cottage in historic town

Babul ReddyRating, 5 stars2 weeks ago
We had a delightful stay at this property. The place was impeccably clean and situated in a fantastic location, making it easy to explore the area. During our visit, the heating system encountered an unexpected issue due to a part needing replacement. Despite the challenge, our host was incredibly proactive and communicative, making every effort to resolve the problem promptly. Although the repair couldn’t be completed during our stay, she generously provided a refund to compensate for the inconvenience, which we greatly appreciated. Her professionalism and dedication to guest comfort were evident throughout our stay. We wouldn’t hesitate to book this property again.
A black metal bench is positioned against a stone wall with a light-colored finish. The window beside it features a grid design, allowing natural light to illuminate the area. Gravel covers the ground, contributing to the cozy entryway.

Yr Hen Dy Capel

PamanRating, 5 stars3 weeks ago
The house was clean, tidy, cosy, located at the foot of a mountain, near a lake where we visited daily having lunch in the lakeside cafe on our way up the hills. When we arrived I had difficulty accessing the key, but the very helpful and friendly host who I called, helped me with correctly lining up the key-box code numbers to open it. We had great time exploring the breathtaking surrounding natural world creating lovely memories.

A tranquil scene is captured featuring a gently flowing stream surrounded by lush greenery. Ferns and various plants frame the water, while soft moss covers the rocks. Sunlight filters through the leaves, creating dappled light on the water's surface.

Ty Isaf - Snowdonia Mountain View Cottage

DavidRating, 5 stars3 weeks ago
we thoroughly enjoyed staying at Alan's cottage. It's well situated, with lots to go a see and do in easy driving range. In addition to the lovely sound of the river running past the cottage, we had sun on the patio when we wanted to rest later afternoon & into the evening, with great relaxing views across to the mountains. We're very happy to recommend this cottage
A multi-fuel stove is showcased, flames flickering warmly inside the glass front. Nearby, a woven basket is filled with logs, and a candle is softly lit on the stone floor, creating a cozy ambiance in the space.

Bwthyn Carrog

We loved the rural location of the cottage. It was perfect for our weekend getaway. Betws-y-Coed was just a short drive away and we also found a lovely little pub not too far away. We had everything we needed for our stay, the weather was typically Welsh so we enjoyed the Netflix and cooking facilities. The bed was huge and so comfy. No issues parking a stones throw from the cottage. Only negative is the garden furniture needs replacing as completely damaged but we didn't really have 'sitting out' weather.

Mountain views in UNESCOWorld Heritage Site

HannahRating, 5 stars2 weeks ago
Absolutely stunning location and property, a lot of thought and care has gone into the functionality and aesthetics of the house. It really did feel like a home from home, it was will kitted out with what I would say were extras to make your stay more comfortable. The little nooks to chill and look at the view, the garden chill area were a great place to stare at the Mountain View’s. We have a young child with a short attention span and a teenager. I was a little worried about there being no tv but we spent so much time playing board games, exploring the surrounding area and reconnecting I wound say it was akin to a family retreat to reconnect. We will be back thank you for letting us stay on your wonderful home Hazel.

A contemporary bathroom features a modern sink and shower area. An amusing sign labeled 'Sheep' adorns the door, while a glimpse of a sheep's ears is visible through the mirror. The sleek design is complemented by a bottle of toiletries placed nearby.

The Walkers’ Cwtch with amazing views

IsabelRating, 5 stars1 week ago
The Walkers'Cwtch was a super nice, cute and clean place to stay during our 4-day stay in Eyri National Park. Everything was thought of, blankets, cute lights, enough bathtowels, soaps and even a welcome bottle of champagne! There is lots to do nearby the Cwtch. In 20/30min walking through the meadows withs sheep, you have the most breathtaking beautiful waterfalls to see. This walk takes you to a rainforest that's super pretty and peaceful. Other than that there are many other walks / hikes you can do. And Wales' most beautiful gardens, Bodnant national gardens, are only a 40-min drive away. As well as the Snowdon and Cadair Idris. We definitely recommend Steph's place to others as she was a lovely kind host. Cheers!
A lively brook flows steadily through a natural landscape, flanked by lush greenery and colorful shrubs. Smooth stones are partially submerged in the water, creating a gentle rippling effect. Cars are visible in the background, indicating the location's proximity to the road.
