The house consists of 3 parts - one is occupied by the owners, two (each with a separate entrance and terrace) are intended for guests. There is a green area and a meadow around the house, where there is a gazebo with a barbecue set, a separate place for a bonfire, a wooden playground with a sandbox and a trampoline, as well as a hammock and deckchairs for resting. Lake Dobskie and the great beach in Jerzykowo are about 4 km away. The house is adjacent to the bicycle path around Masuria.
