Wonderful & Cosy Vacation Home

Spend your vacation in Sønderho - Denmark's Most Beautiful Village in 2011. Beautiful and charming fanøhaus, carefully restored in 2011, with emphasis given to the conservation of the old fanø style with small windows with its distinctive color. The house is bright and beautiful with accommodation for 6 people. The interior is a tasteful mix of old and new. Situated on 2500 m2 of heather-clad area, about 1 km. from Sønderho city center The house has 6 beds, beautiful new kitchen with dishwasher, a large oven and induction. You will find a comfortable spacious terrace, with good shelter from the east and west winds. The property stands in the wild and there is by nature plenty of heather and pine trees. The house is 110 m2, is thatched roofed and is painted in the old style over the small windows in black, white and green - symbolizing sadness, joy and hope. Over the entrance door there's a hatch, a "arkengaf", which was once the entrance to the attic where they kept hay, heather, and others like that stored. On the ground floor, you will find the entrance hall, a spacious living room with large corner couch, and a dining area with an old long table with a stroke bench and 4 beautiful decorated chairs. Kitchen with induction hob, oven, dishwasher and a fridge with small freezer compartment. Bathroom with shower, bedroom with double bed and a rear entrance with washer and dryer. On the first floor are two bedrooms. One with double bed and one with two single beds. There is also a small toilet. The living room has flat screen TV. The house is equipped with a power-saving and energy efficient heat pump / air conditioner, to heat up the house, it has a fireplace (stove) and electric radiators as well. The heat pump is environmentally friendly and very energy efficient. This means that the house energy cost is very low in cold periods, and makes an ideal holiday home in the winter. The heat pump can be used as air conditioning in the summer time. Large wooden terrace with garden furniture, sun loungers and a barbecue.

Huset har den skønneste udsigt over marken, og ligger tæt ved Danmarks bedste børnevenlige strand. Huset har to værelser med to senge i hver, samt en alkove med to sovepladser. Man skal selv medbringe sengelinnede, håndklæder, klude, viskestykker, toiletpapir, håndsæbe, sulfo og opvasketabs. Huset skal rengøres inden det forlades. Der tages et billede af eltavlen ved gavlen af huset ved ankomst og afrejse. Pris for forbrug er 5,5 kr. pr. KWh. Det er ikke tilladt at oplade elbil i huset.

Family friendly country house

Relax and unwind in our family friendly country house. Spacious modern country house on large private property surrounded by amazing nature. Lots of toys and outdoor activities for kids; trampoline, basketball court, table tennis, sand pit, swings and lots more. A great little oasis close to the City of Vejle (5km) and LEGOLAND, Lalandia and Billund Airport (20 min. from house). Shopping 2 min away up the street. Please note: Two cats live in the house, they are very friendly and social.

Unikt hus m/gårdhave ved strand

Nice house with an undisturbed backyard 50 m from a great sandy beach. The house contains a room with a double bed, a room with 3 bunk beds and a loft. Nice living room/kitchen/family room with brand new furniture, new stove, espressomachine and new refrigerator. Table tennis, darts, large barbecue and good garden furniture. The beach has a "Blue Flag". Access to Viaplay, HBO, Netflix, Disney + free wifi. Electricity is settled upon departure. With normal use max 15 Euro/week.

Lækkert sommerhus tæt på stranden

Der er god plads til alle i denne rummelige og unikke bolig. Der findes 4 soveværelser i huset og 1 soveværelse i separat anneks, i alt 9 sovepladser. Der er 2 badeværelser i huset. Der er en stue på. Sal med havudsigt og en spillestue til børn i stueetagen. Huset Ligger 50 meter fra en af Danmarks bedste badestrande som er børnevenlig. Gæster skal huske at medbringe sengetøj, lagner og håndklæder. Alle gæster skal tilkøbe obligatorisk slutrengøring.

Der er bæk langs haven, bålplads og mulighed for at overnatte udendørs under tag. Huset er 196 m2 i to plan med 2 badeværelser. Der er fuldt udstyrret køkken. 4 soveværelser med 5 senge i alt. Boligen ligger i kuperet terræn velegnet til cykelture. Cykelløbet Rondevanborum hvert kører forbi huset hvert forår.
