Smoking friendly vacation rentals in Giv'atayim

I rented this unit for a month because my daughter living in Israel got married. The apartment became and will always be heart of our experience. Our In-laws also rented a unit in the building and it couldn’t have been more perfect for us to be able to get to know each other and share meals together. The views from the balcony are majestic I have a month full of both sunrise and sunset pictures. The apartment is very spacious and functional. Kitchen has everything necessary to cook and i did a lot of cooking. Cameron the unit manager was the best, anything I reached out to him for he responded literally immediately and was just so kind and helpful throughout our stay. The building itself and the amenities are great we all made a lot of use of pool, saunas and gym. Really really nice. The area is amazing being so close to Levinski market and Florentine, my adult children thoroughly enjoyed exploring and enjoying everything around. I hope to stay here again in the future.

Nice, clean and very comfortable apartment. Necessary amenities and transportation were relatively close by, except for restaurants. Inbal very responsive when needed, easy to deal with.

The place is exactly as described, clean, complete with everything you need for a comfortable stay. Close to lively Ben Gurion boulevard and the beach but still peaceful and quiet. It‘s also close to Shufersal supermarket which is a plus. Cameron is a great host, very responsive, if you have any questions he is just a message away and is always available. Highly recommended.

Amazing location in the heart of South TLV. Easy to reach all the surrounding areas on foot, lots of bars restaurants, great night life etc. The apartment was beautiful, a real pleasure to be in and unexpectedly quiet as it is tucked away. Fully equipped with everything you need, comfortable with a lovely vibe. Nofar was very responsive, and very welcoming. Would definitely stay again *****

Almog's house is located in a quiet neighborhood and in the surroundings there are several supermarkets and different businesses. There are also several confections and places to eat. It is close to different collective stops to visit different places. I had a long stay and felt very comfortable. The kitchen is equipped with everything you need to cook. Almog was always quick to respond to my inquiries.

We had a wonderful stay in the heart of Tel Aviv. The apartment is very good located - right in the city center, but on a quiet street, 10 minutes to the coast line. The pictures of the apartment are fully consistent with reality. It is very well furnished and it has everything we needed for a long stay, all stuff is new. Viki is the great host. She is very friendly and helpful. We will definitely come back here again

Everything was excellent

The apartment is located next to Tel Aviv HaHagana train station, making it very easy to reach by public transportation. It is some 45 minutes walk from Tel Aviv and Jaffa centers, but again the public transportation is very accessible. The balcony is huge and the outlook is good. Some things in the apartment require fixing, and others getting used to. The lamp for the entrance stairs can be switched on or off from one location only, but does not switch off on timer (meaning that you keep it on when you are away); Eli promised to fix this. Only one hob out of four on the cooker is functional. The washing machine is located on the balcony and should be connected via an extension cord every time you need to use it. Overall, the apartment is great, well-located and offers an amazing value for money.

Amazing Home Perfect for Family Getaways! We absolutely loved our stay at this beautiful house! The charming patio, well-equipped kitchen, and spacious living area was ideal for our family. The property is nestled in a quit neighborhood, yet just a 25-minute walk to the beach and city center—perfect balance for relaxation and exploration. The layout was ideal for our family: two cozy bedrooms in the main house and an additional bedroom in the small private guesthouse in the patio. It felt like having our own little retreat! The hosts were incredibly kind and attentive, making us feel like cherished friends rather than guests. It was amazing in Shahar's penthouse! Shahar is very charming and explained everything to me accurately and was always available for any questions! If I could, I'd stay longer! Amazing apartment with a pool, huge balcony and comfortable for sitting! A feeling of privacy!! Everything was very clean and tidy! Thank you so much Shahar!

How to write this review without it becoming a novel of gratitude... Just book this place. I stayed here with a group of friends for a week and it was truly a magical experience. Dorit's (Darya's mother) hospitality was truly unlike anything any of us have experienced on airbnb before. Super lovely and kind and sweet and caring. She was not only helpful with tips and guidance to the city but also generous. The house is her home. And she really made it feel like it was ours within a matter of minutes. Honestly, if I could give it 6/5 I would. I give this place 6 out of 5.

Our staying in Lea 's house has been very nice. Everything were absolutely perfect. In 4 days we have just spend all time in the house end enjoy any moment. Lea is absolutely perfect as an host.

Rita is a wonderful host, and was extremely helpful with all our questions and requirements. The Spanish style house is lovely and comfortable, and very spacious, easily accommodating our party of four adults, two children and a toddler. Everything was in great working order from the air-conditioning to the WiFi - absolutely everything worked perfectly. The house is located on four levels, not too many steps inside the property, but a fair number to get onto the ground floor. The swimming pool is large and was very clean, and the children especially loved this. The area around the pool is also very nice and spacious. The house is walkable to the beach, and various restaurants.

Place is great location, half block from beach. Attached to a cool coffee bar and one of the more popular restaurants in town. Host was quick to answer any issues and even sent ice cream! Parking was cool, it comes up in an automated system. Would def stay here again!

Gil is a very helpful and good host! We stayed in the apartment for 2 nights and it was sufficient and suitable for that. The apartment is clean and due to the beautiful view of the Merr and the central location, we can recommend it ☺️

We had an amazing stay at Dan’s place it is a beautiful location in the city but right outside of the chaos of Tel Aviv. Very beautiful apartment and Dan was a very communicative host and gave us good recommendations. We had an amazing stay and would definitely stay at Dan’s place again! :)

Our trip to Israel was for the purpose of visiting our daughter, the apartment is walking distance from her house, so we find it very comfortable. Near the apartment is the nerve center of Ramat Gan, a two-minute walk away, one finds public transportation, bars, restaurants, grocery stores (not only supermarkets), banks, foreign exchange, and a wide variety of commercial premises. We found the neighborhood setting to be very quiet and friendly. The apartment itself has two rooms and a living room, all with air conditioning, the laundry room (very useful in long stays like ours), well equipped kitchen and bathroom. We received the apartment in great condition, arranged and clean.

This is the second time we are staying with Lionel, this time we came to celebrate our son's wedding. Lionel is a gracious host. He knew the reason for us coming and waited to welcome us in person bringing with him a flower bouquet for me. He helped me with many local recommendations I asked about and is extremely responsive. The property is located by the beach to which you can conveniently walk to from the back gate. Few good restaurants / cafes in the area, small but sufficient supermarket next to the lobby and is a short drive from many major attractions. The property includes a designated parking spot which is very convenient. I highly recommend staying with Lionel.

Great location across the street from the beach. The view from the apartment is good. The host did a wonderful job setting everything up and communicates proactively.
