You have lots of shops (IKEA, Jumbo, Auchan, Lidl) within walking distance. The highway A02 is close and thus you can skip the traffic city jam for a quick getaway to the seaside. The closest mall is 10 minutes away by car - Park Lake

It has amazing decorations, a Queen size bed (1.8*2.0m), a sofa, a cozy small balcony, a large fully equipped kitchen and a big bathroom with rain sower.
