Nostalgia

A charming house from the 1800s with a great atmosphere. The property is beautifully located by the lake overlooking Ålesund and Sunnmørsalpene. Only 15 min by car from Ålesund city and the nearest airport, but is still a place that gives peace of mind. Outside the garden there is cultivated land with grazing animals in late summer. The island of Giske itself is a gem with a marble church from the Middle Ages, beaches, untouched nature and bird life. The island was once home to Norway's most powerful noble family, the Arnungs, and is mentioned in the Snorre saga.

The apartment is located in the middle of Ålesund, only a 7-minute walk from beautiful Brosundet and 2 minutes from Ålesund Church and bus stop - where the buses run frequently. The apartment is located on the ground floor with its own entrance right from the street – simple and practical without stairs or long corridors. The apartment is fully equipped with everything for kitchen and cooking, fridge with freezer, a comfortable double bed (150x200 cm) with duvet, pillow and bed linen, bathroom with shower and toilet, washing machine and drying rack.

The apartment is located at the top of Skaret on Valderøya just outside Ålesund with panoramic views of the shipyard along the coast. 10-15 minutes drive to Ålesund city center, approx. 10 min to the airport. Hiking opportunities just outside the door to the mountain Signalen with views in all directions, or to the other islands Godøya, Giske or Vigra. At Alnes, located on Godøya, there is an art gallery/cafe overlooking the sea. Short distance to all the sights in Ålesund and Sunnmørsfjellene with all its hiking opportunities.

Quiet, small studio apartment with central location. Short distance to most places in Ålesund. High quality sofa bed. Cleaning, bed linen and towels included. Free parking 10 minutes walk from the apartment. Or regular street parking in the city center. The nearest street parking is a four-minute walk from the apartment. This is free before eight o'clock in the morning and after four o'clock in the afternoon, as well as Saturday and Sunday. Grocery store four minutes walk. Bus stop one minute walk.

I gåavstand har du Atlanterhavsparken, Tueneset med strand, stier, gapahuker og bålplass samt bunkerser fra 2. verdenskrig. Du kan gå opp på Sukkertoppen herfra. Nydelig utsikt over by og fjell. Vogna har dobbeltseng, enkeltseng, stor sofa, enkelt kjøkken, toalett og tv, ovn m.m. Velkommen.

Just metres from the town centre, but very quiet at the end of a narrow road, with amazing fjord and mountain views! Your parking space is in front of our house, and you go down an exterior staircase to your entrance. The entry has a big wardrobe. Next is the modern and fully equipped kitchen. The bathroom has a shower and washer dryer combo. Down the hallway is a bedroom with a 150x200cm bed and a big closet, and a living room with a sofa bed that pulls out to 140x200cm and a crib. Welcome!

Relaxing place on Godøya

Welcome to our house on Gudøya Island. You will have the ground floor with two bedrooms, a large bathroom and a beautiful terrace with view to the sea and mountains. The living room has a kitchenette for cooking. Unfortunately, there is no sink there, but the sink and a dishwasher are in the laundry room. You can also use bicycles. Please note that the entrance is shared. For all details, please look carefully at the photos and plan. We really hope you will enjoy your stay at our place.

Our place is close to Ålesund Airport. Ålesund airport. Great nature. Rural and quiet. Yet only 20 min. by car to Ålesund city center. My place is good for couples, lone travelers, and business travelers. Can also be suitable for a small family. (Extra mattresses). We can also assist with transportation to/from the airport in the late afternoon/evening. There is a 24-HOUR (Monday-Saturday) grocery store 2 km from the rental. Joker Vikane. Cozy Art Nouveau top apartment with amazing views in the middle of Ålesund city center. Elevator to the 4th floor and stairs up to the 5th. Bedroom with double bed, tiled bathroom with shower and washing machine/dryer. Large nice kitchen with dining table. Velux window that can be opened to a small mini-balcony. View of the pedestrian street, Brosundet and Fjellstua.

Cabin with amazing views

Enjoy the wonderful view from this idyllic barn located on Valderøya outside Ålesund. The barn is over a hundred years old, but has been renovated several times. Please note that the Stabburet has electricity, but no running water or toilet. Guests can use the shower and toilet in the main house which is 30 m away.
